Lisa also claimed they never provided me a quote. Not true I was told $435 plus materials. Make sure to get everything in writing before the job is started. Also, they don't have a safe way to pay. Be ready to give your card information over the phone like I did. They don't offer PayPal or an online website for payment. Being in business over 20+ years you would think they would offer this.

We had…read morethem come out for round one to ground some wires, GFCI outlets, and fix a very old fuse box (& inspection). I worked with Bob on the phone and via email. The email is very convenient so you can just write down what you need done and have no misunderstandings. Jorge was our tech and he arrived with my email printed out to do the work. While he was here, we tacked on more stuff, including fixing a smoke alarm and fixing a very old and weathered outdoor light. He was here for a few hours. We were so impressed with their work we had then come back a week later to finish up some things they couldn't do the previous trip (due to lack of time). They fixed other fixtures in the house, a few were as idiotic as needing dimmed light bulbs (expensive mistake) but others needed a lot of work done. I will be hiring them again for round 3 when we outfit the house for cable lines. Direct Current charges by the hour and they work super quickly so don't worry about getting ripped off. I am happy with their work and definitely recommend them. Also, both times the tech arrived on time. They also accept credit cards.

They came the next morning and were able to get everything fixed within about 2 hours. The two were very patient and informative, giving us really good quotes and explaining everything they would be charging us for. They also gave us alternatives that were more affordable to our budget. They had to work in a rather cramped space to reach our breaker and they were very positive about it. Overall, the entire experience was great! This business is one you can definitely trust to take care of your needs. Juan and Danny also made sure to tidy up anything they had to move (as it was in their ways o:) and were very polite and personable in their exchange. They were accommodating to our schedule too! We truly appreciated the help!! Thanks so much! c: Also a lovely note: they offered a year of warranty for just electric! So they are definitely a business that is reliable. 100% will definitely contact them again in case of any electrical concerns!

Alfa power and has team of workers. Awesome my job was a very large job and you need a team of people. Never hire an electrician who does not have a team of people who can come in and get the job done within a reasonable time frame. Alpha power electric came in and did an amazing job. They passed the DC inspection and they did the work on schedule. They also corrected some issues that I had from my prior electrician. Some of my circuit breaker amperages did not equal the amperage on the electrical outlet. For example I had a 20 amp breaker and a 15 amp electrical outlet. They corrected these issues and I realize that I made a mistake with my prior electrician. But my prior electrician installed them without letting me know that they were inconsistent. Alpha power electric corrected these and other items and they did it in a very reasonable time. All in all I give them a five out of five stars for their honesty, dedication and friendly service. I trust him 100%. A lot of these electrical companies you call and they are horrible. Being able to trust your electrician is one of the most important things in terms of fixing your projects. Making sure that they show up on time, making sure they get the work done correctly, and making sure that they will follow through and complete the job. I trust this company. I'm going to recommend Alpha power electric to all my family and friends. Also the value for the service was very fair.

Not by accident, either, as I saw him use a non-contact sensor to verify which was which.
