Before coming here, I used Toyota 355 in Rockville, but after a very disappointing experience there, I decided I would never return and began looking for a dealership that truly values its customers.

In addition to my scheduled maintenance, I asked him to look into some damage on my wheels that I believed should be covered under my service plan. After reviewing the situation, Toyota initially determined that the repairs would not be covered. While I accepted the decision, I expressed my disappointment that the wheels on a truck I purchased for nearly $90,000 were already showing significant wear after less than two years.
