I did not want to have to make changes to my house. I wanted to get a system that was compatible with my current set up. He gave me his advice and I ordered a Rheem 36kw tank-less water heater as instructed. He installed it and the next day it blew a fuse. Ok, no biggie. A few days later, it cut off again and would not turn back on. Called in an electrician and it turns out that the plumber didn't know what he was talking about. The fuse in my disconnet box blew because he hooked up the water heater's electrical components dangerously incorrect. The Rheeem he suggested requires 4 double 40 breakers to power it. He hooked it up to 1 double 30 breaker. Of course the system was too strong for the breaker and the wiring. I'm grateful my house didn't catch on fire but now I need to changed the breakers, upgrade wiring, and add additional disconnects to work the system properly. F that plumber. I paid him to avoid this. Enter Mister Electrical to the rescue. The tech came out. He was professional and extremely respectful of my home, even took extra time to make sure he didn't leave a spot behind him. After examining the set up and talking with his senior, the tech said they would take some time to make sure they get it right. He didn't want to give me any misleading information. The Senior plumber, being made aware of my situation, took a few days to go over the manual and my set up to find the best course of action for my problem. After a few days, he came up with a solution to hook it up to 2 double 60 amp breakers and to run it at a lower setting (the normal power settings were far beyond what I could ever use... damn plumber). At the end of the day, I appreciate how Mister Electric took the time to find the best solution to my specific problem. They were always respectful of my home and money. They could have rightfully charged me $5000 to hook it up like the manual basic instruction. But they took the time and effort to learn the system and find a way to save me over $3000 dollars. I texted the numbers listed and learned they're brothers, Mike and Max Harris, carrying on the business their dad started. I texted them at 6 a.m. and got an immediate response. They asked for pictures of the breaker and the issue, diagnosed it quickly, and offered same-day service. Communication was incredibly easy and clear, all by text. Max arrived right on time, identified the short, and fixed it efficiently. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and honestly just great to work with. I can't speak more highly of them. When I spoke with Mike at Harris Electric to ask about pricing (his quote came bake at 2.5k for a simple install), I explained how I measured the wire distance and noted that I had received three other quotes from Tesla-certified/recommended electricians that were all over $1,000 less. Instead of addressing my questions professionally, Mike quickly became argumentative. He repeated the same explanation multiple times without really engaging with my concerns. When I attempted to interject and state that I was no longer interested due to both the cost and the tone of the interaction, he raised his voice, used profanity, and ultimately called me a "f***ing clown." There is no reason for that, and no reason for Mike to speak to me the way that he did. The situation escalated further when he began bringing up religion and pushing Jesus into the conversation despite me clearly indicating I was not interested. I ended the call, but he proceeded to call me back multiple times continuing to argue, repeat himself, and boast about his "good reviews" as if that would change how he treated me. At no point was there any meaningful attempt to handle the situation professionally, aside from a few disingenuous "I'm sorry" comments while continuing to speak to me in the same manner. I have never experienced this level of hostility from a contractor. Based on this interaction, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Especially when there are so many other Tesla-certified electricians in the area who are far more professional. No one should be subjected to profanity, personal insults, or unwanted religious discussion when simply trying to obtain a quote and do business.

We wanted a slew of indoor and outdoor lights replaced and some new installs, along with three ceiling fan replacements. Took them two days, slightly faster than Geo's estimate of 2+ days. The lights they provided, all recessed, are not very expensive and and are very adjustable, from color to being able to aim them to the dimmers we asked for. The price was right. We got 1-2 other proposals and Geo's was not only by far the least expensive, the value was top notch as well. Cheapest is not always best; nor is the most expensive. I am happy to say that I've now got a go-to electrician forever. Highly recommend CGS for big jobs and small.

UPDATE: the job is done and we are awaiting inspection this week. The pictures speak for themselves. We are extremely satisfied with our Tesla Wall connector Gen 3 installation. Luis went up and over our garage with EMT to get to the nearby panel. He had to upgrade a breaker to a double pole 60A breaker and also had to update the breaker that goes to the subpanel in the main panel to 100A. Tesla had sent us a bad wall connector the first time around and advised us remotely that the electrical work done was perfect and that all power levels were as expected. Luis insisted on coming out himself anyhow to double check everything even though I assured him it was Teslas wall connector. Sure enough the wiring was perfect and when the new wall connector arrived I popped it on and everything worked like magic.
