I believe there is a hope that you will come across a sought after item or simply one that you don't have to add to your collection. The store had various characters and themed blind boxes in addition to an assortment of other Korean/anime inspired merchandise. My family member found what they were looking for. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The blind boxes we purchased were $19.99 a piece (we got 2) and the prices varied according what blind boxes items you purchased. However, a lot of the higher end stores has closed up. I must have a relax mind to come into this mall as it can be overwhelming with some mall guests and crowds. Today it was very mellow for it all. There are eateries around the mall with some anchor restaurants. There are relaxing massage chairs placed around the mall, as well as bathroom in the different sections of the mall all numbered access identified.

There are usually coloring and activity pages available near the children's librarian's desk as well. The staff in the area is helpful and courteous. There is a children's restroom in the kids' area complete with toddler-sized potty and changing table. There is a changing table in the lobby women's room as well. There are usually plenty of parents around, and if you're a nursing mom, you'll never get the evil eye here (though you shouldn't get it anywhere, y'know?). Throughout the year, the library offers programs for children of all ages. These range from Babies in Bloom (newborn-24 months) to teen classes and workshops. I'd love to give the West County Area Library five stars, but I just can't get past the modern architecture and the somewhat sterile vibe. It's dark and loud, like most casinos, with plenty of slot machines to choose from. When we walked in, we did go through a metal detector, but no one asked for ID. There's free parking, plus valet parking if you prefer. The casino is connected to a huge shopping complex, so you have the mall, several restaurants, and plenty of other things surrounding it. We were only there for less than an hour, but we enjoyed our time. It was clean, and the bar area was nice, with a huge flat screen playing the games. It had a lively vibe over there, which was cool. We were traveling from out of state and losing my husband's ID was an emergency that should have been taken seriously. The security guy who lost his ID continued making jokes about the situation, downplaying the severity, and telling me to calm down. 5-10 minutes later (at this point multiple employees are looking for the ID), the security guy pulls it out of his pocket. I have no idea if it was an accident or if this man attempted to steal my husband's drivers license for some reason. We were so stressed in this situation. Completely ruined the vibes of the night and our trust in the casino. If you can't trust the security at a casino entrance to handle things professionally, why go? Seemed super shady and I do not appreciate this man telling me to calm down as a paying customer when he failed to do an extremely simple job of scanning an ID and giving it back.
