They ultimately had me park in a charging station, which were all full at the time. My husband parked in a gravel road where they had all the cars being sold or test driven. Test drove two cars. The cars were awesome. However, the car was dirty. I've never had this experience in a car dealership before in my life. Went into the restroom and it was filthy worse than a McDonald's. Just took me out of the mood of buying a car. I'm gonna hold for now. How can a dealership represent the quality of the vehicle I don't think it does in this case, but that dealership was just horrible.

Gabriel came quickly and gave me what I thought was an estimate for fixing one light switch and adding an outlet. Dave come that day and took 1 hour to do the work. I was surprised by the $350 estimate, but did not question it since I inadvertently assumed that I would be charged for actual time and materials. Isn't that the norm for electricians? I guess not now! Ah, the "estimate" was a firm quote to which I inadvertently agreed. Fast , professional service but $350 for 2 outlets in 1 hour? Buyer beware. Ask questions first, not when it is too late. I will find another electrician.

The stay started off great with a suite upgrade from the front desk. Unfortunately, our dog accidentally knocked over my daughter's drink in the lobby. We immediately took ownership of it, but one employee made us feel more like an inconvenience than a guest. The next day our daughter wanted to eat in the lobby and honestly my wife and I were hesitant after the night before. Thankfully, we met Tanya. Tanya was fantastic. She took care of us, made us feel welcome, and reminded us what hospitality is supposed to look like. The difference between her and our earlier experience was night and day. The hotel itself is okay, but social media definitely did it a few favors. Between the maintenance issues, extra fees, and inconsistent service, it wasn't quite the luxury experience we expected. To the hotel's credit, Ian from management personally called after our stay, listened to our concerns, and genuinely seemed to care. Overall, not a bad stay, but not quite what we expected. Monterey and Carmel have a lot of great options. Tanya deserves a raise.

She burned me with the drill multiple times, cut my finger with the clippers and when I told her things hurt she would just keep doing it. Very rude and standoffish and her vibe was just bad with a terrible attitude. I've been here before and they had an attitude the other times but wanted to give them another opportunity. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
