Robin thoroughly went through each part of the Reformer including the Tower and Chair. She showed the "works" a Reformer with Trapeze Tower. Robin executed the perfect INTRO Pilates class. From toes, arches, heels, legs to quads, core, shoulders, head, breathwork, jumps on a jump board, balancing on the Reformer Box, twists and stretches were practiced all while watching the sunrise. The studio is warm and inviting, equipped with 8-9 Reformers, floor to ceiling glass windows on one side and located on the 2nd floor inside VIDA Reston. The breakfast/lounge area is nice. Hues of blues, browns, silver and ivory's throughout. The room is spacious enough. I generally use my rooms to sleep in when I travel around. Then unwind at night watching tv after a shower. The water pressure was great, and the water stayed hot the whole time. My room was clean! I do sometimes go around and wipe down heavily touched areas just in case. But that's preference. The breakfast was great. It's simple. But, attention to detail was noticed. It was always wiped down from crumbs and restocked up to a certain point. The staff I came into contact with were polite, engaging and kind. Easy location as well. Overall a great stay and will stay again.
