I first approach the fuel Isle counter to get a shower and the young lady was very nice. I had a 20 minute wait on my shower so we went and waited in the restaurant area which has GodFather Pizza, Chester's Chicken and Subway. While waiting one of the young female workers offered Us a Strawberry Creme Cheese pie because it had burst and they couldn't serve it. Wow what a great treat. Then once my shower was ready I was offered additional towels if I needed them. Once I was ready to get dressed I had purchased some leggings and I was trying to put them on and they were not true to size. I ended up having Mister bring me another outfit. I approached Marshae and explaining to her the leggings were not true to size and she took me to Christie for her to assist me. Christie-offered me to try another pair in a larger size which I did but they didn't make much of a difference. I'm satisfied thou because they all gave great customer service with a smile..To make the morning complete we ended up purchasing food from Chester's Chicken while we continue to wait on the truck.

That is, until we called Oscar at S&S Truck Tire & Service. Not only did he find us on his day off to replace the rim (no easy task without a tire machine), but to save us time his wife kindly picked up the new tire from their shop and met us on the road since he was traveling from the opposite direction. He also charged a fraction of the price it would have cost us to have the vehicle towed and repaired in Fort Stockton. I would 100% recommend S&S Truck Tire and Service, they are truly a lifesaver!

The guy put his Dad on my truck to do the work. 6 hours later, my truck was still not put back together yet. Hourly rate is way too high to have to stand out in the heat while they work on your truck. I would expect to pay $110 an hour in an air conditioned shop that had a bathroom & shower. But instead my Husband my two dogs and myself, sat in that south Texas heat for 6 hours. But they're really nice guys tho
