They were there within 30 minutes and were able to make the repair. When I was sorting out payment he asked if the veteran was my friend. I informed him that I had just met him and saw he needed help. There was a pause and then JCP kindly deducted $100 from the bill. The driver had asked him if he accepted card as form of payment he had said yes so we thought everything was fine. He completed services. Everything was fine but after he was done repairing the tire, he called me asking me how I was gonna pay him. I told him that the driver had the credit card to make the payment and he told me you know what I'm gonna tell the truth I have problems right now with child support and I can't run your card because they're taking my money away. I explained to him that that's why I have the credit card for emergencies because I couldn't afford to pay him the $460 out-of-pocket at that point cause I had other payments to make he asked me well what can you round up? What can you get me? I told him that if it was going to be Zelle, I could only do 300 Because that's the only thing I had available at the moment And he told me to ask the driver for more so we could give him the full $460 And I told him that I couldn't do that to the driver and he said oh that's fine. Don't worry about it. I'm gonna have to call somebody to take the tire off. I had to call my brother to see if he can lend me some money. He sent me $100 and then I told the driver to tell him to see if he would accept $400 and he still said no and that he was gonna take the tire off so by that point i asked my brother for the other $60. My brother sent me the money and I told him I was gonna pay him and then he said no don't worry about it Just save it so you could pay all the tickets. The DOT is gonna give you because it's my job to inform the DOT when something isn't right and can affect third parties. at that point, I got a call from my driver, letting me know that the DOT had arrived and had told my driver that the DOT was there because he had told them that he was gonna take the tire off and that we we're gonna drive off without any tires by that time. My driver told him that was a lie that he was that he wasn't gonna move at the end the DOT ask driver to show proof of payment and they let him go but this comes to show you how this guys works be careful with this guys if he doesnt get what he wants he will call the dot !

He walked me through exactly what steps I needed to take with my insurance so they could reassign my case to a reliable company. Even though he couldn't come himself because he was based in another city, his professionalism and willingness to help someone who wasn't even his customer spoke volumes. You can tell a lot about a company by how the owner leads, and Brandon showed true care and customer-first service. Brandon made the 2.5-hour trip from Fort Stockton the next morning with his wrecker and a spare 3/4-ton pickup driven by his helper. Three hours later, we completed the 7.5-mile trip to my property without damaging the home, which was a major feat--Brandon even had to chain the pickup to the wrecker at one point to make it up the crazy winding hill just before my property. It was an epic journey, and I am beyond grateful to him for his help. I will keep his info on my phone, and you can bet he'll be my one-call if I get in more trouble in the future.

We inquired at the campground when we checked in if there was a Ford dealer in Fort Stockton and was told no. However, the lady checking us in said she knew of a road service crew that could come and check it for us. We had run low on gas but had not run out of gas and thought maybe that was why the check engine light came on. We called the number she gave us and Alpha Tango Road service people showed up at the campground. They ran a scan and said the code said it missed fired. They cleared the check engine light, started it up again and the light was gone. They said everything was fine and it was probably because we were running low on gas. The next day when we started the engine, the check engine light came on again. We called Alpha Tango and were told everything showed good yesterday and if we drove for a few miles, the light would go off. That was utter nonsense. We started slowly loosing power. The further we went, the more power we lost. We finally stopped and found a place to camp. We took it to a place for service and found that we had several spark plugs that were misfiring due to misfiring of fuel rail wiring and spark plugs. We had to replace all 10 fuel ignition coils and spark plugs. What makes this a bad rating for Alpha Tango is they charged us $280 for just clearing the engine light and telling us that since we filled the gas tank, the check engine light would go off as we drove and the gas went through the system. Utter Nonsense!

We were in our Monaco 35 ft Class A RV so we needed a heavy tow, not just a regular tow truck. We have AAA RV Roadside service, thankfully. After 3 hours, we were rescued by Austin on his way back to Fort Stockton from a previous call. He was amazing!! He hooked us up and in no time, we were on our way. He ended towed us again, to the KOA where we hung out for a few days until our radiator came in. With on-site installation of the new radiator, we will be on our way to see the notorious Riverwalk in just a few days! We even invited Austin to come visit us in Chandler AZ which we have never done before. Needless to say, he is really great. He reminds us of ourselves, working super hard to get ahead. He said he loves his job and it really shows. He is so friendly and glad to be helping people. He is a pleasure to meet and we hope to become good friends.

My sister was driving her van with all 3 kids (all under 10), and I was following in her small Chevy as we were heading to Plano for Thanksgiving, and planned to leave the Chevy there. Suddenly some road debris went up under the van, puncturing the oil pan, and then under my 2 right tires, blowing them out. We pulled over, made the insurance calls, assessed the damage, neither vehicle was driveable. We began to try and figure out not only how to tow both vehicles to get them fixed, but also how to get 2 adults and 3 kids off the side of the highway at 830pm. Insurance contacted Fort Stockton Tow, and the wonderful Larry started our way. This man drove out into the middle of nowhere with a huge double cab tow truck, and managed to not only get all 5 of us in his truck, but both vehicles on as well! He took us all the way to Fort Stockton, and was so patient at 130am while we checked into a hotel and unloaded everything out of the van. This morning my sister went to get the tires on the Chevy repaired so we can continue on to Plano, but the driver who was going to meet her at the tire shop with the Chevy wasnt available until noon, thankfully she got a text from Larry saying he was on his way from Pecos to help her! I know this is technically his job, but he truly went above and beyond to help us in a crap situation.

He said he would be happy to look at it so we drove back to Ft. Stockton to 1380 N Main Street to his shop. He looked at the motor and was able to determine the leak right away and ordered the necessary part. A few hours later we were on our way towards Florida. Obeo could have charged us a lot of money since we were traveling. He was professional and we left with a bill under $150.00. He put aside his other work and gave us his full attention to get us back on the road. I hope I never need his service again but if you are traveling and find yourself needing a mechanic in Ft.
