It took a while before I could find a mechanic that would even look at my car without charging an arm and a leg for the diagnosis. Some even refused because it might be a bad transmission. The Mobile Shop gave me a very fair deal on the tow and diagnostic. It did end up being the transmission. He gave me a good deal on the part and worked with me on the labor. Picked up my car over two months ago. My ins couldn't get a hold of anybody. The insurance contacted me to let me know that nobody would answer the phone or emails from state farm. Esli E. Told me he had an engine ready for my suv over amonth ago and that was the last I heard from him, my ins was ready to pay but he never contacted them. Then today a tow truck shows up and drops it off in front of my house and said the ins didn't want to pay. My ins had the check ready and I had my deductable ready to but, at least i know where my suv is now. All he had to do was call and say he couldn't fix it and not waste my time. My daughters are attending UTPB and they called me in Dallas to tell me that there was water pouring out underneath their car and they were stranded. I contacted the mobile shop at 9 PM on a Saturday night requesting a service call. They immediately drove 25 miles to meet my daughters and evaluate What was wrong with the car. The person I spoke to quoted me $150 for a service call and told me that if the car needed to be towed, there would be no additional charge. I was very surprised with the fair pricing given the predatory Environment in most towing businesses. when they arrived, they told me that the radiator had a crack and it would need to be replaced. He gave me a very fair quote for the repair and told me that he would tow the car back to the shop and wait for parts. On Monday he contacted my daughters letting them know that he was trying to get the car done by 6 PM so they would have it back. my daughter's contacted me at around 10 PM Monday morning, letting me know that he had driven the car back to UTPB and was downstairs. He provided me with a link to pay for the repairs and the quote that he gave me was exactly what he charged me in the transaction. I would highly recommend this service and will give them a five out of five for customer service, price, integrity, and quality of repair. Even though I was five hours away in Dallas, he made no attempt to "up charge "or unfairly charge me for the work performed. He even gave my daughters. This is just a follow up to my last review. Esli fixed my car while I was on days off. He stayed in touch with me throughout the two weeks I was off and out of state. He gave me a quote, bought all the parts and fixed the issues. When I returned to Midland, Texas, Esli was waiting in front of the airport with my car. I paid him using Cash App and was on my way to work. Esli is by far the best mobile mechanic you will find in the West Texas area. He replaced my tie rods and struts, did an oil change and replaced two oxygen sensors. He noticed a couple things that I should address sooner than later and I will be leaving my car with Esli again on these next days off to put new front shocks on the vehicle. Esli will meet me at the Midland Airport when I get off and pick the car up so I can just worry about being on time for my flight. I feel blessed to have found such an honest, friendly and competent mechanic as my rig runner vehicle is bound to have more issues since it is 20 yrs old. read more

This man claims to be professional but when the worked on my ac he didn't do it right. It no longer works after about 3 weeks and now he has ghosted me. Stopped answering my phone call and texts. When I found another mechanic he also tried to call him with no response. He guaranteed his work but when it came time to fix what he had done he ghosted me. My truck was a victim to murphys gas station diesel mix up with there gas, didnt know what the problem was when my truck started to act up, called Esli and he came out diagnosed it and went above and beyond to fix my truck, came and picked up my truck and brought it back the same day!
