Showers were clean. Restocked and well cleaned. Food areas were clean and no spills or trash. Parking lot was also pretty clean and that's not usual for truckers. Today The Rolling Romantics woke up early to put the truck in the shop here at LoVes Truck Stop in Midland, Texas. The location has great customer service in the actually store. I first approach the fuel Isle counter to get a shower and the young lady was very nice. I had a 20 minute wait on my shower so we went and waited in the restaurant area which has GodFather Pizza, Chester's Chicken and Subway. While waiting one of the young female workers offered Us a Strawberry Creme Cheese pie because it had burst and they couldn't serve it. Wow what a great treat. Then once my shower was ready I was offered additional towels if I needed them. Once I was ready to get dressed I had purchased some leggings and I was trying to put them on and they were not true to size. I ended up having Mister bring me another outfit. I approached Marshae and explaining to her the leggings were not true to size and she took me to Christie for her to assist me. Christie-offered me to try another pair in a larger size which I did but they didn't make much of a difference. I'm satisfied thou because they all gave great customer service with a smile..To make the morning complete we ended up purchasing food from Chester's Chicken while we continue to wait on the truck. read more

We had tire damage on our thirty five foot fifth wheel. When we called and talked to someone at the tire shop they told us to come right over. When we arrived we were told that they would not be able to work on our trailer despite less than five minutes before agreeing that they could work on said trailer. I would give no stars if it allowed me,because we did even get our food. It is 0830 am on a Saturday. There is one guy working in front with two ladies in the back watching him struggle. The line is super long with people that need to get to work. Needless to say. We waited in line for about thirty minutes only for him to say they were out of eggs. First of all; you need to get more help and second of all maybe you should at least put a sign up, or your out of so that people won't waste their time. PS. The guy in front of us was ordering a tuna sandwich and they were out of tuna. read more
