After hours (630pm), stuck on the road and we needed a new tire. Everyone else was closed, so checked to see if they had what we needed. He had what we needed, was able to come out to us and install for a very reasonable rate, considering the work involved. He let us know it'd be a while, probably over an hour. We figured that'd mean a couple of hours, but he showed up in less than an hour and was done quickly.
