We called Ethan's Roadside Assistance after 9pm and he answered immediately. Arrived sooner than expected, super knowledgeable, and zero stress. Juan handled everything with professionalism and kindness. If you need roadside help, this is the company you want showing up. The communication was clear, his pricing was fair, and Juan went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. It's rare to find service this reliable anymore, and I'm extremely thankful. What stood out most was how genuinely caring he was--checking on us, making sure we had water, and keeping us updated every step of the way. His expertise and efficiency turned a major breakdown into a quick, confident repair. Outstanding workmanship. Highly recommended!!!! Five stars from us, without hesitation.

I knew we were going to get hustled as soon as the guy disappeared and started working without giving a quote. We were getting snubbed.

I was moving cross country from CA to NC this past October. I decided to take a rest stop off a…read morerandom exit in what seemed to be the middle of nowhere in Tx. As I pulled off, one of my breaks failed. (Like screeching grinding metal and car lurching kind of failed.) I was a single female traveling alone with a pet and it was HOT out. I was four hours from my next hotel stay, and have physical disabilities. I was terrified. AAA gave me the number to G&M Auto Care. When I called, I talked to the owner, Mr. Leatham who was SOOOO nice, and pretty much already knew what was wrong with my car based on the description. I had my car towed there, and they worked on it right away. Mr. Leatham chatted with me and my pet bunny in the waiting area. He told me a story about how he was stranded once, and couldn't find anyone to help him. I knew he understood my situation. My car was fixed in under 2 hours for a very fair price, and I was able to make it to my next destination before it was dark. I am very grateful that my breaks failed on THAT exit, because I ended up at the right repair station, with an honest and compassionate person to make sure I was back on the road safely, and with piece of mind.
