My roadside assistance towed me to their shop - I had no idea if they were dishonest, bad, or what have you. The car was dropped off on a Sunday, so they were closed. Danny, the service writer, called me promptly the next morning, empathized with my plight, and promised they'd do everything they could to figure out the problem and get me on my way. Three days later the car was fixed and ready to go. That is super fast considering they're a busy shop and they had to order a bunch of parts. David Scott was the mechanic who worked on my car. I met him briefly when I came to pick up my car. I could tell he was very conscientious and really cared that the car was repaired properly. My experience with this shop is that they are friendly, honest, dependable, and have skilled mechanics who want the job done right. I highly recommend them.

A total of 30 mins and 15 mins to look for the clamp. When I said it was too much, he went to take it off. Don't trust this place. 100$ would have been fair but they didn't even bother to talk about it. I knew we were going to get hustled as soon as the guy disappeared and started working without giving a quote. We were getting snubbed.

As I pulled off, one of my breaks failed. (Like screeching grinding metal and car lurching kind of failed.) I was a single female traveling alone with a pet and it was HOT out. I was four hours from my next hotel stay, and have physical disabilities. I was terrified. AAA gave me the number to G&M Auto Care. When I called, I talked to the owner, Mr. Leatham who was SOOOO nice, and pretty much already knew what was wrong with my car based on the description. I had my car towed there, and they worked on it right away. Mr. Leatham chatted with me and my pet bunny in the waiting area. He told me a story about how he was stranded once, and couldn't find anyone to help him. I knew he understood my situation. My car was fixed in under 2 hours for a very fair price, and I was able to make it to my next destination before it was dark. I am very grateful that my breaks failed on THAT exit, because I ended up at the right repair station, with an honest and compassionate person to make sure I was back on the road safely, and with piece of mind.

They charged 6000.00 to go 15 miles. Their driver did not disconnect the drive line on our truck which totally ruined the transmission. Which was not damaged in the wreck. they take no responsibility for damage caused (proven by pictures and witnesses) They are unreasonable to work with, they are predatory criminals in charging what they do. the tow company that picked our truck up and took 100 miles to the shop only charged 1200.00.
