The communication was clear, his pricing was fair, and Juan went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. It's rare to find service this reliable anymore, and I'm extremely thankful. So we pulled my truck back to the shop and I ordered a new EMC they got it put on and when I come back to get it , it's still not running . So I waited all day at the shop and no one is communicating with me letting me know what's the problem so 10 hours go by I walk up to see what's going on and they have a attitude telling me I'm being disrespectful by asking what's going on wit MY truck ! So I end up telling them stop working on it I'll take it somewhere else so he still charges me 500 . I get the other mechanic to come look at it and it turns right over in 5 mins and come to find out it was never the EMC that went out it was the Fast Fuel system.... These people don't kno what they are doing and horrible service. DO NOT recommend . Oh and also when I arrive at the shop my back window has a hole in it like a bullet hole and shattered and he blames it on the storm and tells me he's not responsible, he even noticed it 2 days before I got to the shop and never texted me and told me bout it ... They took my car specs and my driving history/future needs in account and found me amazingly higher quality tires with an 85,000 warranty. They also provided me free balancing, rotation, and flat fixes for the life of my tires. All this for $50 more per tire than the ones Wal-Mart suggested for less of a quality and half the warranty. 5 stars does not do Tire Time justice. Their overly welcoming and knowledgeable staff were amazing. My 200 mile daily commute is quiet and smooth as silk. Thank you for everything :)

I was moving cross country from CA to NC this past October. I decided to take a rest stop off a…read morerandom exit in what seemed to be the middle of nowhere in Tx. As I pulled off, one of my breaks failed. (Like screeching grinding metal and car lurching kind of failed.) I was a single female traveling alone with a pet and it was HOT out. I was four hours from my next hotel stay, and have physical disabilities. I was terrified. AAA gave me the number to G&M Auto Care. When I called, I talked to the owner, Mr. Leatham who was SOOOO nice, and pretty much already knew what was wrong with my car based on the description. I had my car towed there, and they worked on it right away. Mr. Leatham chatted with me and my pet bunny in the waiting area. He told me a story about how he was stranded once, and couldn't find anyone to help him. I knew he understood my situation. My car was fixed in under 2 hours for a very fair price, and I was able to make it to my next destination before it was dark. I am very grateful that my breaks failed on THAT exit, because I ended up at the right repair station, with an honest and compassionate person to make sure I was back on the road safely, and with piece of mind.

Went in for a basic oil change and fuel filter change. The guys were super nice…read more Well hours after I left the shop, the check engine light came on. I called the shop and they told me to bring it in to check the codes. I went by auto zone on the way and it threw 9 different codes..brought it into Don's and it threw the same code, but they insisted there was nothing wrong with it/that they didn't do anything wrong. The check engine light came back on again today and they're still insisting they had nothing to do with it. Definitely not a coincidence that my check engine light just came on after it spent two hours in their shop and hasn't had this problem ever.
