Have both positive and negative feedback…read more Will start with the good: were able to diagnose truck same-day (pretty rare in Midland), repairs were completed in a timely fashion (once they had the parts), truck is running great, and they were very friendly (even gave me a ride when I dropped truck off). On the negative side: said they'd do a free oil change/tire rotation and didn't (prob because it was never on the ticket as it was no charge and forgot), seemed to be limited time spent after day 1 into finding the part I needed (actually found it myself and shipped it to them after waiting a few weeks with no progress), and replaced my battery without asking (was at 50k miles and likely needed it, but was a $500 surprise same day as pickup). All in all, I was in a bind and these guys got me answers quickly. Nice people and do good work, but think they need more staff or need to put more time into customer communication and part acquisition.

I had someone on location of the wreck since I was at the hospital frantic, not knowing if my brother and his passenger were even alive. (ALREADY AWARE they will fuck you any chance they get) My contact on location speaking with the driver agreed to pay them upfront for the fees (because be damned if they do it w/o payment first) He quoted us somewhere up to $175 to take it 2 miles. GREAT, AGREED and done deal, I thought.... my contact and the driver called me back to verify I agreed to her taking the belongings thrown over the road, and in the back of the truck. 2 hours later, still sitting in the waiting room of MCH to find out the fate of my brother, my contact calls me to tell me they took it to impound because there wasn't any insurance in the vehicle. OMG, WTF is wrong with y'all?? You didn't mind calling me to verify you would get paid and how, get my consent on the belongings (ALL tools of value) BUT YOU COULDN'T contact me to ask me to send my insurance card to you?? NOOOO you sideways ass, no good for nothing POS, greedy and living off the backs of locals with the help of OPD. So, today I call and ask why, they say the driver says he NEVER spoke to anyone at the scene. And I tell her how SHITTY that is to now instead of $175, I have to have $650 to get it AT MINIMUM. They no-showed. At 9:40, I texted the number I had and they were "delayed", but the driver would call me ASAP. Nothing. They were an hour away and knew by 8:30 they weren't coming. How about a courtesy call? At 11:53, I called again and was told that "everyone" was on an accident near Midland and they'd call me as soon as they could re-dispatch. That was the last I heard from them. Subsequent calls and texts went unanswered. They had committed to my tow and were prepaid. I had to arrange another tow and the trailer spent a night on the roadside. Their website says to "choose a towing service you can rely on". I agree with them. Bison might be reliable, but they're only as strong as their weakest link -- the dispatcher on duty Sunday.
