This tow company are scammers ! The girls in the office are beyond rude and nasty to people! This company towed one of my trucks from the Midland Walmart when my driver went inside to buy a case of water and some snacks to eat in his truck .... No more than 15 minutes my driver even left the keys in the truck and running knowing he was running in quickly! Not only did the tow driver tow the truck within the 15 - 20 minutes he also took out the drive line when he could of just put the truck in neutral..... IT WAS RUNNING!! They must wait to scope when the drivers get out there trucks ! They towed 2 other trucks at the same time ! The tow was less than 5 miles away and they charged $900 dollars!!! That why they take out the drive line so they can charge more !!! The girls in the office wouldn't give a price for over 2 hours while my drive sat there ..... I had a terrible experience here. When I picked up my car from it being towed do to an arrest not a wreck, my car was not drive-able and I had air pods missing I told the staff and they brought the owner back. The owner said he would fix my car for me the next day. Well after my experience I wrote a yelp review and once the owner saw it he called me and said he wouldn't fix my car unless I took down my review. I took down my review and he "fixed" my car and towed it to my body shop for me. Needless to say my car is now in the shop with more damages to begin with due to who ever messed up my car and stole my air pods. Very unprofessional. read more

This place is amazing they are truly kind, loving, and Christian. Epitome of service oriented. Class act all around from WONDERFUL ladies at dispatch to Miguel the driver. I was leaving the park and my little toddler was having a fit, so I stupidly let her hold the transducer while I walked to the driver side door and she locked the vehicle. (Learn from my mistake please parents!) The baby kept clicking the center lock key and I couldn't get to her. I called Action Wrecker and the lady at dispatch could not have been nicer; she called me right back and let me know the driver was on his way. He got there in less than 5 minutes. I have used this company once before after a nasty accident and they were just the same, fast professional service all the way. Couldn't speak more highly of this team! Very disappointed with Action Wrecker. My car engine dies at a busy intersection. (Illinois and Andrews Hwy). I google towing and call Action. The lady dispatcher says it will be 45 -60 minutes. I look up the number of the next towing company (B & B). Before i can call B & B a cop (super helpful guy) pulls up behind me. I tell him I called Action. Cop says, "I'll call them and they'll get here faster." Cop calls them. Cop and helpful bystander push my car into nearby CVS parking lot. 30 minutes later Action shows up and the driver says that will be $170. I say, that's kinda high for a short tow in town. He says it would be $105 if you had called, but the cop called so it's $170. I told him I did call, but dispatch says they have no record of my call. So pay $170. Now. I said, "you can go." I'll call B & B. $80. Done. read more

I called Action Wrecker to schedule a tow. Belinda was friendly and helpful as she answered the phone. She gave me an estimated time of arrival of 15 minutes. I think they arrived in about 12 minutes. The driver, Orlando, was courteous, professional, and clean. He delivered my car the shop in no time. He even assisted the service department with placing the placard in the windshield. While no one ever wants to call a tow service, I will definitely call Action again if needed. Great job. read more

DO NOT USE THES PEOPLE!!!! DO NOT!!! Action picked up my daughter's vehicle as a contractor for Chevy's roadside assistance in Midland and delivered to Freedom GMC Dealership in Odessa. The driver didn't let the service department know he was dropping it off until after he left it in the middle of the parking lot and then just dropped of the keys with Service Dept- so he says. "He is pretty sure he left them with the female in the office" is what Alex in the office at Action Wrecker tells me. She says it is NOT "her guys" job to ask where to unload the car. They got nothing signed to prove they dropped keys off or who they left them with and don't normally do so. No one at the dealership recalls seeing or speaking to him and no one has the keys! As of right now there is no proof that the tow truck driver didn't keep my daughter's keys to come back and steal her car at any time he chooses!! And now we are out $250 for a replacement key!!
