Not only did he take the time to help us find the exact part we needed, but he also made sure we got a fair price. What impressed us even more was his kindness and genuine willingness to help. Bobby has a heart of gold, and customer service like his is hard to find these days. This company was actually the only place that had the product in stock, after calling several places, and they accommodated our needs without hesitation. Thanks to Bobby and the team, we were able to get back on the road quickly and without stress. We will absolutely vouch for Bobby and this business. If you ever need RV parts or assistance, make this your first stop. You'll be glad you did. Highly recommended!

We bought a new Coachman travel trailer this month from John. After a year of research and dialing…read morein exactly the trailer that met our needs, we found inventory in Los Banos and set up an appointment to see the trailer. First meeting was good, friendly, and confirmed what we were hoping to find with the trailer we had researched. John was courteous during this interaction and drove us around the lot answering questions. We appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us on other inventory that didn't meet the specifications we had been looking for. By the time we left, we placed a deposit on the trailer to go home and sleep on it. John handled some of the DMV paperwork over the phone and via text to streamline the process when we arrived for pickup. We agreed on final configuration including a lithium battery to be able to dry camp for multiple days running our fridge and basic power. Assuming the vendor whose sole purpose is selling RVs to people knew exactly how to outfit an RV electrical system, we didn't ask a lot of questions or do the electrical homework ourselves before delivery. Looking back, this was a huge error. Our first night home the trailer had no battery power. Hours later and many phone calls to Forest River roadside assistance, we discovered the tech who had inspected our trailer when we picked it up blew a fuse and never verified that the battery actually worked. Strike one. A quick trip to an auto store got us replacement fuses and we were able to charge up at home before our first trip. Much later, John finally texted back "XXXX showed you the battery disconnect switch?" Irrelevant and too late. First day we take the trailer out, we noticed the toilet bowl was full. That was a fun find. Dirty footprints all over the toilet and flush pedal, and a bowl full of pee? Strike two. By the second day of our trip, we had lost battery power and the fridge turned off while we were out hiking. Coming back to spoiled food and a thawed freezer at a remote site in the mountains was unpleasant. We diagnosed the entire electrical system to learn that they sold us a 100Ah battery at 100% price markup to run a fridge, which was never going to be possible. Strike three.

Initially, the "occupied" sign was showing on the lock. The employee apologized and said they had just remodeled the showers and that the PIN should have worked. He didn't know why the lock reflected "occupied." I always request a handicap-accessible shower because I am a fall risk and need the rails to hold onto. However, this shower only had one rail under the knob. I had nothing to hold onto on the side of the shower. When I turned the shower on, the water immediately started flowing onto the main floor instead of staying on the shower floor. My shoes and bag immediately got wet, and the shower rug provided was soaked. Given that this was such a small shower, it felt like the whole bathroom was flooded. While I had the shower running, I noticed that the water pressure would decrease whenever a toilet was flushed, whether it was my neighbor's toilet or one of the public toilets. This was extremely frustrating and delayed my shower. I hope Love's is able to fix these issues. Until then, I'll be avoiding this location for showers.
