It was the first time I a long time I didn't feel like a mechanic was trying to upsell or get more money from me, mechanic knew I was in a bind and really tried to keep costs low as possible. Seriously, if there were a Hall of Fame for incompetence, these guys would be first ballot inductees. From the moment I walked in, it was clear customer service isn't just bad here--it doesn't exist. The staff looked at me like I had just ruined their day by daring to bring them business. I asked questions, they rolled their eyes. I called for updates, they dodged my calls like I was a debt collector. Professionalism? Nope. Accountability? Not a chance. They told me my car would be ready "in a day." Apparently, in their world, a "day" actually means "over a week of excuses, lies, and waiting." And when I finally got my car back, guess what? The original problem was STILL there--plus a couple of new issues they generously "added" for free. And then the cherry on top? A bloated, mystery bill with no explanation. Like, wow--thanks for nothing! This shop is basically a black hole where time, money, and vehicles go to die. If you enjoy being scammed, ignored, and disrespected, by all means--come here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and drive PAST this place without even slowing down.

NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY - EDDY was the driver. Their driver says he will be out in 15 minutes, then he says 30 min. 1.5 hrs later he is no where to be seen and doesn't answer his phone. He finally calls me with all sorts of attitude saying he is the only one working so I better be nice to him. Then he hangs up when I ask him where he's been for the last almost 2 hrs. He then keeps telling AAA that he is on his way, so I ended up sitting on the side of the road for over 2.5 hrs, till I had to call a different company.

AMAZING!!!!!!…read more Decided to choose a local tire shop instead of a big box store that I have a membership for, and I am so glad I did....The customer service was awesome..Alex the owner provided a spare tire for me as well as a replacement tire that allowed me to continue to travel for work until my new tires arrived...Once the new tires were installed I asked what the charge was for the spare tire as well as the temporary tire and the labor..The response was a kind "You owe me nothing"..I was shocked..In this day and age where every dollar counts, especially for small businesses in this economy, to not charge me for two tires and the labor was an awesome gesture...And it reminded me why I choose to support local when I can... Many thanks go to Alex and his team at Atwater Tire for their awesome customer service...I will continue to support this local tire shop and I will definitely tell everyone I know that when you need tires, an alignment, a balance or rotation...Choose local..And if you do get a price from the big box store, be sure to take it to Alex and the team at Atwater Tire because they will match the price...Plus they will treat you like family, not like a number..
