After stopping at a stop sign, my car wouldn't accelerate past 20 mph, and I ended up having it towed to his shop. Sammy quickly figured out the issue, my car had completely run out of oil, which ended up damaging the VVT solenoid and knock sensor. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything to me. I had no idea my car was burning oil faster than normal, especially since I still had over 3,000 miles left before my next scheduled oil change. He took the time to educate me, recommending I come in every 1,500 miles to keep an eye on it going forward. Most importantly, thanks to Sammy's expertise and quick action, my engine didn't seize, which could have been a much bigger (and more expensive) problem. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, I highly recommend Sammy to anyone who wants a mechanic they can trust!

We called another place that was literally next door, and thought we were going there according to directions. We pull in and we were accommodated right away, we were so grateful, that we agreed to business with them. We waited maybe 30 min and ran diagnostics, it turned out it was just a battery issue. Thank goodness they had what we needed and done in minutes! We so appreciate it!! Seriously, if there were a Hall of Fame for incompetence, these guys would be first ballot inductees. From the moment I walked in, it was clear customer service isn't just bad here--it doesn't exist. The staff looked at me like I had just ruined their day by daring to bring them business. I asked questions, they rolled their eyes. I called for updates, they dodged my calls like I was a debt collector. Professionalism? Nope. Accountability? Not a chance. They told me my car would be ready "in a day." Apparently, in their world, a "day" actually means "over a week of excuses, lies, and waiting." And when I finally got my car back, guess what? The original problem was STILL there--plus a couple of new issues they generously "added" for free. And then the cherry on top? A bloated, mystery bill with no explanation. Like, wow--thanks for nothing! This shop is basically a black hole where time, money, and vehicles go to die. If you enjoy being scammed, ignored, and disrespected, by all means--come here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and drive PAST this place without even slowing down.
