So I had no idea what to look for or how to put it in my car. I have a "fancy car" that got an alert and I went in and Salvador helped me find everything I needed. Then he offered to help me put it all in. When we had some questions he got his coworker Alex and the both of them worked together to solve my issues. It was later and I was alone. The customer service was 10/10. We're on a road trip and my husband's "splash guard" on his Toyota was flapping in the wind. We found the part we needed and the sales associate let him try the part before buying it. He went out, put the part on, and then they allowed us to use their restroom so he could wash his hands and I could use the restroom. What a great team! read more

Staff is always willing to assist you. I noticed one of my window wiper blades was deteriorating and need replacing. I went to AutoZone and was shown all of the in-stock replacements for my wiper blades; also information about pricing and quality. I limped in with a fried alternator and a dead battery. The young lady working, Alina, went above and beyond standard customer service!! She OFFERED to test both parts before and after replacing them, she OFFERED to loan me tools(even though I had my own), and she even carried the alternator out to me! I never had to ask for anything, she just offered her assistance! Not until I had finished installing both parts did I tell her that I was a 30 year journeyman automotive technician. I have dealt with automotive/parts stores my entire career, and she displayed some of the most impressive customer service I have experienced. She was helpful and sympathetic to the situation. She even suggested that my wife and dog stay in the stores a/c while I repaired my truck (it was over 90 degrees!) Alina deserves our thanks and gratitude for making what was a stressful situation easier! She deserves much praise as she is definitely an asset to your company. Saved the day!! I hit something on the road and it tore the protective cover for the oil pan off, well one side. I stopped at Autozone to check it out and asked for a screwdriver. Waited in a line for a long time. Then had a long list of parts i needed which most places should have or be able to order but this Auto Zone had nothing. The prices were outrageous! And they seemed to know little to nothing about the auto parts they were selling. Wont be back any time soon. read more

Talking about great service...this AZ outdoes ever I've ever been to. The guys at the counter helps me tremendously. I came in looking for a particular size wrench and they did y have it sooo the agent (skinny Mexican salesman) took it upon himself to call another location and found me the part I needed. If you want to waste your time and have nothing else better to do...go here.you wait in line at least 20 mins no matter what time you go and staff are not motivated/don't care enough to help customers with their needs.which is to get help and get out of there to do their other errands.I ordered a part that I paid for and I never got a call for my order coming in.finally I called a week later and they said I received my order 3 days after I placed the order.I told them I'd be there later in the week to pick up.when I got there 2 days later,I waited in line(20mins),then after them trying to find my part(+20mins)they told me that it was shipped back to warehouse.I told them it was paid already.it didn't matter,it was shipped back.I asked them why I never got a phone call that my part arrived.they told me cause it came from the warehouse so they don't do that.THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!!!I wanted my money back.so they printed my refund receipt then I had to go to another register to get my cash(more waste of time).then I was asked why I'm getting my refund, I didn't like the part? I told him I'm ordering it online so the part gets shipped to my home. So to save everyone a headache and time order it online or go to another auto parts store.
