That alone is unacceptable, but what made it worse was how rude and unhelpful they were on the phone. There was zero accountability, no apology that felt genuine, and no effort to fix the situation or reschedule properly. It felt like they didn't care at all about their customers or their time. If this is how they handle something as simple as scheduling, I wouldn't trust them with my car. I made an appointment with them and had the dash cam installed in a timely and the work was done very professionally. Audio Outlets installed a Thinkware Q850 dash cam with a front, rear and cabin camera system and out the door was charged $583 for dash cam and labor. One year manufacture warranty plus lifetime labor as long as I have my receipt. Miguel was so professional and nice and made it clear that if we needed anything regarding the dash cam please don't hesitate to stop by so he could help with the dash cam.
