    Documentation Santos ford did not test drive vehicle. The miles going out of service match miles going into service.

    STOP!!!! MUST KNOW!!! I serviced my vehicle with Santos Ford because of an engine light. The diagnosis was a bad turbo charger solenoid. They repaired it, claimed item is not covered under warranty. I paid the fee. I drive 10 miles down the road and my engine light came on again. They took the car back and claimed it was a loose hose. This could have been avoided if the mechanic had test drove the vehicle. Documentation proves he did not test drive the vehicle. Mileage going in and out of service are exactly the same. A few days later my undercarriage cover fell out on the road. I had to run across a busy street to get it of the road!! EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!! I new this was there fault as well because they were the last ones to service me car and the undercarriage had to be removed to access the turbo charger. They took the vehicle back and replaced it with a new one. Weeks later I take me car to another ford dealer to service my car for a engine light. Mean while I had them look into my warranty. They ran the part number in the warranty system and found it is 100% covered parts and labor. I contacted the owner of Santos Ford. He did not like my line of questioning as to why I was charged for warranty service. He gave excuses and never owned up to it. He eventually got made, cursed me out and hung up on me. I complained to ford corporate. So far it has been over 2 weeks since my first complaint with the owner. I have not been reimbursed for the service charge. Review my documentation as proof.

    I wanted to thank Michael Gonzalez of Santos Ford for the excellent customer service on the oil change and spray on bed liner .He had it picked up and delivered in a timely manner .If you are in need of repairs or maintenance hit him up .

    I bought a 2016 Focus RS from Santos Ford. Mr. King was my salesman. He was relaxed and did not pressure me into anything. Once my credit was processed, the paper work went smoothly. Overall this place isnt a bad place to buy from. I would give this place 5 stars but, they suffer a problem. A lack of mechanics to work on your car. My car has been in the shop for a total of 3 weeks as of tomorrow. Santos Ford has spent about 3 weeks hunting down a part for my car. Now that they have the part, they dont have anyone to work on my car until next week. I have the urge to give Santos Ford 3 stars, but they have provided me a nice rental car. That's a plus . The employees have been putting up with my frustration with professionalism. My frustration: I've owned my car for about 7 weeks. 3 of those weeks have been back with Ford. I wish they could've done something to expedite repairing my car. Its frustrating paying about 40k for a car you can't drive. I

    We are 60 miles into a 3,500 mile road trip of the Southwestern United States and the a/c stopped blowing air. Yikes! Stopped at Santos Ford and walked into service. Mike Nolan, service advisor, listened to us tell him our problem and he said it was probably the filter. He came out to the car with Lauren, a technician, and they pulled out the filter and it was filthy. We bought a new one and they put it in for us, no easy feat given its location. No charge for the service. They were kind, upbeat, generous, and helped us right away on a 103 degree day. Thank you, thank you. Human kindness exists in abundance in Los Banos. Thank you Mike and Lauren.

I was really trying to support another local business, and with all the positive reviews, I thought this was our answer. Do you know how hard it was and how long it took us to save up that $11,000 to pay for this Toyota RAV4? Please learn from my mistake.

    Amazing service! My…read moreson was driving to So. Cal to spend a week with his brother before the brother got married. Just a carefree week of bachelor brothers hanging out. He was supposed to drive there on Saturday and get to So. Cal before dark. However, he left after dark. He passed Los Banos (Route 33 exit) close to midnight and his engine started running really rough and it was losing power. He limped to the next exit, at less than 25 mph, turn around, and come back to Los Banos. We picked him up around 1:30 and got back home at 3AM. At 8AM (Easter morning), we started calling mechanics in Los Banos. Of course, we used Yelp and sorted by ratings. We went down the list and left messages for everyone. We just prayed that someone would be willing to work on a holiday. Jesse was the only one who answered the phone. We explained our predicament. He agreed to help if we could get there by 10. He had a family picnic planned. My son's car was parked about 2 miles from Jesse's shop. We were able to get it running and over to the shop before 10AM. Jesse found the problem, was able to obtain the necessary parts, and had the car fixed in about 3 hours. He charged a very reasonable amount. My son made it to So. Cal before dark (a day late), and Jesse still got to spend the rest of the day with his family.
