Very frustrating experience. When I entered the parking garage, I followed the instructions and entered the access code. The gate opened immediately, so I assumed that was all I needed to do. Since I was only there to use the Tesla chargers, I believed a parking ticket was not required. It's also possible that the parking system did not function properly and failed to require or issue a ticket before opening the gate. When I was leaving, I was asked to provide a parking ticket. I explained what happened and asked if they could verify my entry using my license plate, entry time, or charging records, or offer any other solution. Instead, I was told that without a parking ticket I had to pay the highest parking rate. What made the experience even worse was the staff member's attitude. When I pointed out that this could have been a problem with the parking system, he told me he didn't care whether it was my fault or the system's fault--I still had to pay the highest fee. He made no effort to help or offer any reasonable solution. If the parking system is confusing or malfunctions, customers should not be forced to pay the maximum parking fee because of it. Between the poor system and the dismissive customer service, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope management fixes the parking process and trains staff to handle situations like this more professionally. read more

I entered the parking garage using the Tesla access code that was provided. After I entered the code, the gate opened immediately, but the machine never issued a parking ticket or displayed any instruction to take one. When I tried to leave, I was told that I needed a parking ticket. I explained that the machine had never given me one, but instead of helping resolve the issue, I was told I had to pay the maximum parking fee because I couldn't provide a ticket. What made this even more frustrating was that I was not charged the advertised hourly rate of $1.50 per hour. Instead, I was charged the highest possible parking fee simply because the machine failed to issue a ticket. That is completely unfair. This was clearly a problem with the parking system, not something I did wrong. If the machine fails to issue a ticket, there should be a way to verify a customer's entry instead of forcing them to pay the maximum charge. Customers should not have to pay for a system malfunction. Very disappointing experience, and I hope this issue is fixed so others don't have to go through the same thing. read more

You've got to enter the code before you enter the structure which sucks. If you don't then you've got to pay. The support is just BAD. They just answer the phone and should be called answering service rather than support. Stopped to charge a Model 3. Could not find a code for validation despite clicking Tesla validation option. Instructions unclear. Charged for 28 minutes. Tech support at exit kiosk was not helpful. Live support from parking lot attendant was not helpful. Was only able to exit after the valet validated our parking. Not recommended. read more

I have super charged 100s of times and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Getting into the garage was so bad that I had to call the garage support. The validation code on my screen didn't work. The lady on the phone took my name and let me in. The 250 chargers were empty so I plugged in and got a max of 80kwh. The reason I came to this charger was for the 250. Getting out was equally bad. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a seamless experience that you get with most stations. read more

Hubby and I checked out this supercharging station today. The lot is the same parking structure for Sol Cocina. You pull up and use your Tesla app to get the code to get your ticket. They only validate 45 minutes for your time in the structure, which kind of blows. On top of that, the spaces are extra cramped. It took us a few tries to back up our car. We noticed a bunch of other Teslas having the same issue. Also, the staff here is very keen on making sure you don't hog the charger. They have their staff patrolling the lot and coming up to your car if you've stayed a bit too long. We wish there were more food offerings here. It's basically a large corporate area with about 1-2 restaurants and a small coffee shop. There's a nice fountain to look at, but there's nothing else much to do otherwise. read more

Urban Supercharger; located on the bottom floor of a parking structure, with 24 stalls and 72 kW max output. There are signs starting at the entrance of the garage directing you to the chargers, so they are easy to find. I stopped by this Supercharger for a quick charge with no wait (all the other ones nearby had waits). The reason why there's no wait? The parking fees! Parking: $1.50 per 15 minutes; $17 maximum They mean serious business because "parking fees apply" is written in the car navigation window AND on each individual charger. It does look like there are restaurants around here and a Starbucks not too far away, so at least there's things to do here. Not sure I would pay the parking fees again for only 75 kW... maybe if I'm really in a pinch. read more

This Tesla Supercharger is in the same parking structure as Sol Cocina, Porch & Swing, and Kit Coffee. If you're going to any of the associated restaurants, you can get validated parking. Otherwise, you can find the parking garage code on your Tesla screen. Just follow the instructions laid out for you at the ticket gate. Tap on the red location icon for this supercharger and you'll see the code. It's small so I didn't see it at first. Since I had a bit of an issue, a parking attendant came over to help me. If you are just charging, the first 45 minutes is validated with your Tesla screen code. Since I had time to kill, I went over to Kit Coffee to grab a $5 cold brew and the barista gave me a parking validation ticket. read more

If you miss the Tesla code on entry the gate is useless. I would go to another charger my charge speed also never went above 120kw

In-car display shows up to 250kwh supercharger but these are mostly 72kwh urban superchargers. I've never been able to get the 250kwh speeds(maxed at 120) even with preconditioned battery and less than 20% charge. The setup here is horrible, sharp turns and chargers put too closely together. If you can look past the downsides, at least you'll save a couple bucks compared to other superchargers in the area. read more

All of the reviews for this place complain about the expensive charging rates because they didn't read the sign. If you read the sign, you can see that there is an access code to get into the parking structure and charge for free. Once you get in, you have 45 mins to charge without paying any parking fees. read more

Worst supercharging situation I've ever seen. Follow the line of other teslas trying to find how to even get into the stupid structure... after multiple gates closed, u need to figure out the code to even get in the gate to utilize chargers . 3/16/24. I got no parking code on my Tesla screen and I tried it 3 times. You can get parking validations from local restaurants but the coffee shop was closed til Monday and I didn't need a meal. You might have to pay for parking. read more
