This supercharging location is dark AF at night. $0.46/kWh. It cost me $16.10 to charge my Model Y to a little under 80% at 8:39PM on 12/10/2023.

12 V3 superchargers. 2 for disabled.

I heart the Tesla supercharging system, and this new location is conveniently located off of McArthur Blvd. There's a total of 12 V3 superchargers, 2 of which are for the disabled. These chargers are 100% operable, and easy to operate - just like every other tesla supercharger that's installed. No wonder you have so many of the major auto manufacturers switching over to be compatible with their supercharging network!

South Coast Plaza is my favorite mall in SoCal! There's such a great variety of stores, from…read moreeveryday shopping to luxury brands, and you can easily spend hours here. The location is also a huge plus, with several other great shopping centers nearby, so you have even more options without having to go far. Definitely one of my go-to shopping destinations whenever I'm in the area!

My childhood consists of memories at south coast plaza. But today has very much changed my views…read moreabout this upscale mall. I might never return after the treatment my fiance and I received. It was over 100 degrees today and we wanted to walk our little corgi around the mall because it was too hot to be walking our dog outside. Walking outside in that weather or even anything over 80 degrees is dangerous to dogs, they can have heat strokes or severe burns on their paws. We never had problems walking our pup at indoor malls. On many occasions coming here to do errands I would see others bring their pups, so today I brought mine with my fiancé to go shopping and spend family time together. Our dog is small and well behaved, he doesn't bark and if he does it's usually because he's super excited. Sales associates and kids we passed by loved him and petted him. He was being a good boy. However, we were told to leave the property by atleast 4 security guards, all within 5 minutes! So ridiculous. Even as we were leaving we kept getting stopped by one asking us to leave. I don't understand the harshness of these guards, do they not know it's literally scorching outside? I get dogs are not allowed here but I've seen many times people bring their dogs. Why target us? I'm not sure what the problem is with these security guards. There are other things to be worrying about. Real unprofessional for a "upscale" mall,

Very frustrating experience…read more When I entered the parking garage, I followed the instructions and entered the access code. The gate opened immediately, so I assumed that was all I needed to do. Since I was only there to use the Tesla chargers, I believed a parking ticket was not required. It's also possible that the parking system did not function properly and failed to require or issue a ticket before opening the gate. When I was leaving, I was asked to provide a parking ticket. I explained what happened and asked if they could verify my entry using my license plate, entry time, or charging records, or offer any other solution. Instead, I was told that without a parking ticket I had to pay the highest parking rate. What made the experience even worse was the staff member's attitude. When I pointed out that this could have been a problem with the parking system, he told me he didn't care whether it was my fault or the system's fault--I still had to pay the highest fee. He made no effort to help or offer any reasonable solution. If the parking system is confusing or malfunctions, customers should not be forced to pay the maximum parking fee because of it. Between the poor system and the dismissive customer service, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope management fixes the parking process and trains staff to handle situations like this more professionally.
