He briefly inflated it and said, "See, this is what's happening," as if that proved his point. When I called my dealership, they explained the tire just hadn't been inflated enough. When I told him that, he got visibly agitated, inflated it again, and then said that whatever happens next, they aren't liable--which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Separately, he showed me his tools after using them and claimed clips were missing , saying people had blamed him for theft before. which felt off To top it off, I was told it would be $50 extra to pay by card. He also requested a copy of my ID for payment. At the end, he said we wont take a picture of my ID because he "didn't want more problems." As a woman handling this alone, I felt pressured, scammed and unsafe- I expect honesty, transparency, and respectful service- not intimidation, incorrect claims, or surprise fees.
