Marty's also then claimed my front shock was broken and could not be repaired, but that it was still "good enough", even though it was flat as a pancake. A few weeks later I saw an old friend who knows a thing or two about bikes. He took one look at the shock, pumped it up in about three seconds with a very basic tool he carries with him in his car, and now it is perfect. He could not believe it when I told him Marty's had no idea what to do.
