Features - The park has ample parking, 1 basketball court (which is also used for pickleball), 2 fitness zones with 10+ different workout equipment , park benches, coal pits, soccer field, padded track, and children's play area. It is very well maintained / clean and the biggest bonus is the rubberized track for me. There's also doggy poop bags too, in case you're walking your dog and forget! You can easily find walkers at 7am here which provides a relatively safe exercise environment. The only possible drawbacks I see is - 1) there is minimal shade, and 2) it is right by horse sables (it is next to the horse race track) 3) the track is relatively small (less than 0.5 miles a lap).

I guess it was the last thing in their budget. All in all, it is a huge upgrade to the city of Cypress and we love walking here and that they have doggy bags for when our pupp finds a couple potty spots.

The softball fields are great for running the bases in between games, or flying a kite in the outfield. We tend to come in the evenings when it's cold so we haven't had a chance to use the splash pad but the structures in the area are still available for climbing. The rates are actually decent at 0.39c/kWh making it one of the cheapest in the area to charge after 0800 and before 1200. I wouldn't mind revisiting if I am in the vicinity again.

There are 32 250kW chargers with additional Tesla marked parking for the casino. Plenty of parking, nicely lit parking lot, with many of people around. Felt safe charging at night.

There are no signs directing you to where the chargers are but luckily there were a couple a parking attendants on the first level that directed us to the 3rd level and it's right there. There are two dozen superchargers spots here. Since it was not available on the app we didn't have to wait and there were plenty of spots open! Location is open from 6am - 2am. The Source OC is a shopping mall so you can shop or eat while your car is charging. Pricing here is $0.31/kwh.

I have never had to wait but I have observed the place fill up and arriving cars waiting for a few minutes. I prefer the back in stalls at beginning of the row. It's easier to get out of those. The majority of the stalls are head in and it's just a little tight when leaving. There is a mall right there to occupy your time if need be. I avoided doing so last time due to this COVID thing.

However, when you're at the mall you will find that mall goers and electric vehicle you sets will use the sv charging spots to park their cars and shop. Not to charge but to shop! The stations themselves are old and out dated. This location only has 2. The charger likes to quit a lot. I had to re start the charger 3 times. It would charge for a few minutes and then stop. The other charging spot had avTesla sitting at it, not plugged up. This location does has the hose that will extend out which not all of their station does.

As you wander further in, the large aquarium connected to the children's section is another standout -- it adds this calm, magical feel to the space. I grabbed a magazine and found a quiet window seat, and those 30 minutes of zero calls, zero texts, zero noise? Pure heaven. I didn't realize how much I missed just sitting and reading without a single interruption. Before heading out, I checked out the psychology and cooking sections, and it reminded me how much I've always loved libraries and bookstores.
