There are departmental store like JC Penny, Macy's, Nordstrom and a huge Dick's store. Few other unique places to me were Din Tai Fung and 85C Bakery Cafe. It's popular destination for tourists' shopping since there's no sales tax. The common spaces are wide, clean and have lots of open sky windows. There are plenty of sitting spots available as well for guests. We were in the mall for about 5 hours. We shopped in the Lego store, Tumi, VS, Dick's, 85C Bakery, and BoxLunch. We had friendly interactions from staff members in the all the stores. We also went to the food court on second floor, which was underwhelming compared to rest of the mall. The dining space had old tiles on the floor, the chair and tables were basic ones. There were 10-12 stores available offering a variety of cuisines. The food was decent from couple of stores we tried. Prices were little bit expensive. Overall we had wonderful half day spent shopping and dining at this mall. There was a good mix of popular and luxurious brands, offering wide range of products. The food court could use some facelift to match with rest of the wonderful interior of the mall.

The other two times, customer service was not able to make it work. Today I went to 3 different EVgo chargers and none of them worked. I am feeling very disappointed as I have waisted at least 3 hours waiting at an EVgo charger. Both of the chargers at this station are currently down and one of them has been down for over one month. It doesn't seem that EVgo cares to fix their chargers. I put 2 stars just because I was able to get ahold of customer service.

There was more noise than usual, but it was for a good reason. There was assisting going on...with many translators available that was helping people. There wasn't any DoorDash issues and the kids there were pretty well behaved. I was able to complete my task very quickly and efficiently and that was definitely a good thing.

Or a bit further down is BestBuy, the new Barnes & Noble, and Michael's. Across the street nearby is a Chick-fil-A, an Indian market, Panda Express, See's Candies, and a Starbucks. There's also another Starbucks inside Target as well fyi. You'll have to walk to the stores I've mentioned if you need to use the restroom. This location does get busy, but there seems to be enough charging stalls that folks charge pretty fast. So I have yet had to wait for a stall to be open. "No waiting" equals "no issues here". Other than during the busy season.

The place was clean and although it was busy, we were able to find a spot. There are several food options nearby if you don't mind walking a bit.

However, when I called today to report the mistake, the lady who answered the phone informed me that the manager was not there. Ultimately, she ended up saying that she was with a customer and then hanging up on me! When I tried to call back she would not answer the phone. I will try again to speak with the manager tomorrow. But if his level of customer service is comparable to hers, then I'm not expecting much. I will however be writing a letter to Baskin-Robbins to let them know that this location is dragging their good name through the mud.
