After I charged here the next day I charged my car at an EVgo DC charging station at Tacoma Mall in Washington which delivered the charge at 50kWH, which is the expected rate. The importance is that by restricting the amount of energy delivered and then charging by the minute EVgo is gouging its members. It is far better to find another charging company if you want a fair price. I contacted EVgo about this and three different customer service people provided me with the wrong information for the member plans in Oregon, compared to what is on the website. Beware.

Parking: The charging spots are rear in with one being head in located to the far left of all the chargers. Environment: The chargers were busy when we arrived. No trash cans nearby, but the place was fairly clean. There's a Target that's a short walk away where we used the restrooms and trash cans. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The place was clean and although it was busy, we were able to find a spot. There are several food options nearby if you don't mind walking a bit.

This location does get busy, but there seems to be enough charging stalls that folks charge pretty fast. So I have yet had to wait for a stall to be open. "No waiting" equals "no issues here". Other than during the busy season.
