The store is a little more rowdy than Hawthorne in terms of clientele and security, and they're also doing some renovations, so it's a slightly less pleasant shopping experience.

There are plenty of sitting spots available as well for guests. We were in the mall for about 5 hours. We shopped in the Lego store, Tumi, VS, Dick's, 85C Bakery, and BoxLunch. We had friendly interactions from staff members in the all the stores. We also went to the food court on second floor, which was underwhelming compared to rest of the mall. The dining space had old tiles on the floor, the chair and tables were basic ones. There were 10-12 stores available offering a variety of cuisines. The food was decent from couple of stores we tried. Prices were little bit expensive. Overall we had wonderful half day spent shopping and dining at this mall. There was a good mix of popular and luxurious brands, offering wide range of products. The food court could use some facelift to match with rest of the wonderful interior of the mall.

Came here to charge up my EV since I was in the neighborhood, I'd never used any Electrify America…read morestations before, and most of the chargers here can charge at 350 KW. My experience was seamless. Plugged in, paid, started charging, reached a charge rate of 179 KW very quickly, and got to 95% from a 20% starting point in about 18 minutes. The charging process couldn't have been easier. Also noteworthy are the wide parking lanes, and easy access to the chargers. Signage could be better, as I'd never have noticed the chargers had my car not navigated me EXACTLY to them. Pricing on the fast chargers is a bit steep ($0.48 / KWh), but the speed and convenience were unbeatable.

I needed the tow by a deadline, I put in the request early and they had 3 hours AFTER ACCEPTING the tow to arrive and left me with more problems. Judging by other reviews, my experience is not unique and this company is very poor at fulfilling their duties as a tow service.
