I decided to use Yelps contractor search to help me find a quality electrician. Out of all of the companies who reached out to me, Infinity Electric was the only company who actually called. All the others just sent me a email or text message. I was pleasantly impressed with the conversation I had with Reis. I explained to him the scope of work needed for my freezer. I also requested that an additional outlet be installed for my work bench as well. Reis quoted a reasonable price and was able to schedule me for the day and time I was available. I'm very pleased with the results! Give Reis a call. You'll be glad you did.

They went above and beyond by calling me directly along with texting, and IM in Yelp. My assigned electrician walked me through the process and booked a date with him. I now have Infinity in my contacts and will refer their services when asked. Thank you Infinity Electric.

Strong property, but adjacent construction + poor communication from management is a major issue…read moreI've lived at The Reserve for one year and like the amenities and location. Unfortunately, the massive construction project right next door is severely impacting quality of life. The City issued Site Development Permit SDP-387344 for the CTC 720 Site / CTC Apartments -- a 240-unit complex on ~11 acres. Grading is already underway with constant heavy dump trucks moving earth, bulldozer sirens, loud engine noise, and truck traffic. This will continue into full vertical construction, including piledrivers, for a prolonged period (likely well into 2027+). As a work-from-home resident, the ongoing noise and vibration make it very difficult to focus or even relax. Property management gave no advance warning or details about the scope and length of the project. Prospective tenants: Factor in this long-term disruption and demand a significant rent reduction for affected units. The Reserve has potential, but management's handling of this situation has been disappointing. Zero communication.

See…read moretheir reviews on Google for honesty but regardless of what the issue is, Lynn the property manager doesn't care. My neighbors create chaos and I have sent videos for proof of how loud my apartment is, AT ALL HOURS, and for four months, Lynn continues to tell me to give her time. I have been asked not to react as that will be considered harassment but I have been approached and threatened by the neighbor. The only positive response I get is when the cops are called by myself or others, I get to sleep. But the next day it starts over. I'm not the only resident here with neighborly problems that Lynn does nothing about. I asked who her manager was and she seized contact. The rent seems nice to the naked eye but the chaos of this property as well as the additional charges aren't worth it here. There's many places locally that will give you a better bang for your buck. Here it's just giving your money to someone who breaks their own promises to their residents and allows chaos to be brought into your home
