Was referred by Gene's and they were a God send to us. It was 5:05 pm and we were concerned wouldn't find anything until the morning, and on a Friday before a holiday weekend at that. Thankfully, they are a 24 hour service. We had a coolant hose that burst. Not a major fix, but enough to stop you in your tracks. Yes, you will pay a minimum 2 hour fee, but that was to be expected. Very polite and helpful dispatcher. Kept in good communication until the very end to check in after the mechanic left. Considering the 2 hour minimum, parts and 10 gallons of coolant the price wasn't out of line. We were back on the road 3 hours later. Saved at least a day out of our vacation. If you're ever near Bakersfield and need a 24 hour repair service Remember Myers. It'll cost you, but it'll save you.

Even so, I have to say how impressed we were with the way we were treated. The moment we opened that door and walked in, the whole team greeted us and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and respectful. They even gave each of us a bottle of water and welcomed our dog, Riot, which meant a lot to us. There was absolutely no pressure or attitude just because we were looking for something they did not sell. They treated us with the same kindness and hospitality you would hope to receive anywhere.
