My Rv fridge has given me problems for awhile. I brought it to another place which I will not mention. My Rv sat there for 2 months and they had not even left looked at it. Finally got it out of there with new batteries and brought it to rosedale Rv. Ed had it diagnosed and the part on order within a week or two. I was out of town when it was done they kept it on the lot ready yo go until I picked it up 2 weeks later. I had a really good experience there. We took our trailer here three years ago because we were having electrical problems. They told us we needed a new converter. They told us they replaced the converter and the battery. On subsequent camping trips we continued to have problems with the electrical. We finally took the trailer to another local RV repair place. They told us we needed a new converter. I asked them to save the old part when they replaced it. When I saw the converter they replaced, it was obvious that it was never replaced by Rosedale RV. I definitely should have asked for the old part from Rosedale they said they replaced it and maybe we would've avoided wasting money and getting lied to. read more

Rv leaked for a week. Even had them Out to fix issue but he couldn't find the leak. Then we lost 25% of our deposit after dealing with wet carpet in the rv for over a week. To expensive for older rvs with issues. Poor experience. read more

A family reunion at lake Beuna Vista led us to this rental shop. We rented a trailer to be delivered on a Saturday afternoon. With my children and young grandkids showing up at noon along with some friends. Rosedale assured me the trailer would be set up and ready, air conditioner running by the time we arrived. They showed up after three. Patience! On the second day the carpets were flooded when we woke up. I called Rosedale RV and they sent a repair man out right away. He exposed all of the plumbing and could not find the problem. I informed him that I felt it was condensation running off the roof from the AC at night and was told that couldn't be the problem. "WELL IT WAS!!" The repairmans solution was to "Monitor it!" Upon return of the trailer I was sure Marie the manager would call me up personally and apologize for the week long inconvenience. No call. Instead I was sent an email telling me they would be deducting 25% of my deposit for not cleaning out one of the meat drawers in the fridge. I emailed Marie and explained how unfair I felt this was and she has yet to return my email or call. If you choose to use Rosedale RV, Good Luck. But you should not plan on receiving all of your deposit back. read more

Worst service ever, every time we take our trailer in. It takes forever to get our trailer back and more things go wrong after we get it back. it all start 4 years ago when we took our slideout in for repairs and the slideout has gotten worse everything we took it in and was told it was "fixed." Slideout was never truly "fixed" and now leaks and still has motor issues. Shoddy workmanship and never truly "fixed" the problem. read more

Well everything with the rv was ok except for the satellite. I paid for 5 days of usage and didn't work at all. It would start to work but the quiet and never worked again. I told the guy that worked with me with the rental but I was told I was out of luck. They said they couldn't do anything because it was weather related. This is a poor excuse. More then half the time there was blue sky. They also told me on the phone that it was just installed that day. Got stuck paying 40.00 a day for 5 days and couldn't even use it and there response was ...oh well. I'll never deal with them again and all the people I told about them will be telling them about this experience as well and to stay away along with the people I met that have there Rv's devices there. STAY AWAY they will rip you off. Never again, I was happy until this. I also called and no one answered the phone. They were more concerned about going to an rv show then trying to make a customer happy read more

How hard is it to get a quote for a rental RV? Apparently it's impossible at this place. My husband has called twice and they have never sent us a quote for a rental. The lady that answers the phone is beyond rude (short and snappy) and tells my husband she has other quotes in front of him and other things to do first. She told him that each time he called (he called two weeks apart!). They never sent a quote or followed through. Rent from somewhere else, perhaps a company that has more professional employees. read more

Excellent customer service!! We just bought a new Audi Q7 with a tow package. With no experience in towing we figured we were good to go since our car had factory installed tow package. No one at Audi told us we needed a electronic brake controller installed. We showed up at Rosedale Parts Sales & Service to rent our trailer for Labor Day weekend at 10am. Ed was the lead on getting our trailer hooked up and informed us we needed a brake controller to hook up so the brakes would work on the trailer. They could easily install this for us, but the problem was we couldn't locate the wiring for this. We called two Audi dealerships, Audi USA customer service and went through the owners manual to our disappointment no one knew where this wiring was. It was very frustrating, but Ed and staff kept working on it trying to help us solve the problem at hand. Ed said there is no way he would let us leave the lot with out the braking system hooked up properly. He finally put us in touch with the local Bakersfield Audi dealership. After their technician took a look at the car he was able to locate the wiring. We headed back to Rosedale and in no time they installed the electronic brake controller. They had us on the road and Ed called us multiple times to make sure everything was running smoothly. Ed and staff really cared about our situation and were true problem solvers. Very unprofessional. Shoddy work. We dropped our toy hauler off for water damage repair in October. We finally picked it up at the middle of April!! We immediately returned it because there were several areas that had not been repaired. After having it for 3 weeks we picked it up with wet caulk all over the front! It looks like bird poop! It was spread out super thick and not smoothed down. It looks terrible. The inside of the trailer where they cut a hole to make repairs was jammed full of caulk as well. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! read more

I was a loyal customer to a very large chain RV dealer but they let me down on a pretty expensive repair on the road and the local branch wouldn't even call me back about the parts needed to finish the repair. If by chance your Carrier AC cratered and you need a Coleman AC conversion kit for your RV it's a slam dunk for these guys. This seems to be a tip top shop with good guys and plenty of knowledge and experience. read more

Ed is a miracle worker and and Howard will research until he is satisfied that the technical information is correct. After 3 Winnebago warranty repair dealerships passed the buck on our inverter failure, Ed dug in, researched the problem, tested from the batteries all the systems back to the inverter and its software. Howard spent time with the inverter manufacturer figuring out that our new (3months old) Winnebago Forza had some parts switched out before we bought it that didn't go together. The serial number on the inverter had been removed so that it couldn't be traced. The software on the inverter was too old to be compatible with the system and it kept shutting down. Calls to Winnebago and the dealer went nowhere. Meanwhile, even when at an RV Park plugged in the refrigerator and all the electrical outlets don't work. Interstate Battery recommended Rosedale RV, and we are so grateful for the referral. What we having been trying to get fixed under warranty from Winnebago or a Winnebago dealer for over 2 months, Rosedale fixed in 3 days. They were a fast, courteous, skilled customer service facility that prided themselves in doing an excellent and thorough job. We felt listened to, respected, and most satisfied with service here. We were on i5 headed south on the long drive from Bellingham,WA when we started to have electrical problems with our pickup camper. The Bakersfield area was our destination for the night so in the morning we started trying to make an appointment there to get it checked out. We initially called Camping World but their service department was booked up. We found a Rosedale RV listing on the internet and were able to get in as soon as we arrived in Bakersfield, at 3 in the afternoon. As soon as we arrived Ed started troubleshooting our problem and he worked non-stop for several hours to fix it. He assured us that he would stay until the work was done even though it was past their closing time. Ed was very courteous and focused on resolving our problem and took the time to explain what needed to be done. We left that evening with our electrical issues resolved. If we ever need RV service work done when we are in the Bakersfield area we will definitely go to Ed at Rosedale RV! read more
