We had an issue with our older Hydro-Hot (Aqua-Hot) system, and we were 2,500+ miles away from our "homebased" in Florida. Even before we had Mike come out to our coach while in Bakersfield, he took the time to do some very thorough "pre-diagnosis" work with me to identify the issue and order what he would need to correct the problem. He ordered the parts, showed up ON TIME as scheduled, repaired and replaced what was needed - and then some - in a quick and efficient manor, and even help with a few other minor issues I was having.
