They did not charge me a dime for changing the hose! The owner is a very friendly guy and seems very hands on in his shop. I could tell from how he dealt with me and the other customers that came in while I waited that he is a good, honest, business owner that just wants to do good work for his customers without ripping them off. I've been looking for a good shop in town and I think I found it. I will definitely come back when I need some real work done.

I arrived and was met with kind faces and listened and understanding ears. My rig was diagnosed and taken care of promptly. Issues were pointed out for further repairs down the road. But educated on the realistic situation and severity of when I should look into full repairs. I was able to continue with peace of mind. And my fluids checked and filled. I was told that my car had started on its own and that they'd probably need to keep it overnight before getting around to finding what the original problem was. Since I was traveling and couldn't leave my car there, I decided to take it back -- but they still charged me the diagnostic fee, even though they didn't look at the car, diagnose anything, and offered no explanation for the problem. It felt like a complete waste of time and money. Poor communication, no results, and no respect for the agreement I signed. I would not recommend this shop, especially if you value honesty and clear communication.
