I get intimidated by taking my car to mechanic shops because of the little knowledge I know about automobiles. Complex mechanical explanations often make it impossible to tell if a recommended fix is truly urgent or completely unnecessary. My lack of knowledge creates a deep fear of being taken advantage of and overcharged. This was NOT the case with G&G Auto Repair. The gentlemen who greeted me at the front door were very patient with me while I was trying to explain the problems I had been having. After finding the problem they started working on it. While I was waiting I was offered water, soda, tea, coffee, etc... multiple times. This really shows that they care about their customers during stressful times. (What's more stressful than car problems am I right?!?) I'd hear them answering phones, help other customers, and communicate with the mechanics all while keeping excellent customer service. Not long after (remember they're quick!) I was told the problem was minor and to come back if I had any other issues. I am not sure why 6 hours of labor because once the engine is supported and splash shield is off, the other mounts should go faster.
