They took their time thoroughly testing and inspecting everything related to the codes we were getting instead of just guessing and throwing parts at it. After another mechanic shop turned us away because they didn't have the proper testing equipment, we called G.G. since we'd had a great experience with them in the past. They were able to come out the very next day, communicated clearly, showed up on time, and were extremely reliable. Both Augustine and Johnny were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they found in terms that were actually easy to understand. They pinpointed the problem and told us exactly what needs to be repaired. Once we get the parts, we'll absolutely be having them back out to install everything and finish the job. It's so convenient having a trustworthy mobile mechanic come right to your home. Great service, great communication, and no runaround. We will definitely continue using G.G. Mobile Mechanic!
