This is not really a store it is more of a showcase. There are three cars open to the public ti see, but for the life of me I could not tell you the names or model numbers. I obviously am not a car person, all I can say is that there is a black one, a white one, and a red one. What I can say is that they are very cool. The white one has wing doors that open up very much like the Dolorean in Back to the Future, super cool. I also love that there is absolutely no mechanisms in the front where you usually find your engines in batteries etc. in every other car, butbut instead a nice trunk. I pretty much came in like everyone else and sat in the coolest looking car (black one) and played a little bit with the controllers. It is difficult to describe this store in that it breaks all of the rules for car shopping. At the Dadeland Mall the personnel are friendly & knowledgeable. They have the basic cars on the floor- understand there are only a small number variations to deal with. This creates a problem because at peak hours it is difficult to get near a car. If you do, you can test drive one from the garage. Then the sales pitch is very simple. The prices are set & there is no negotiations. You order on line which can be easy or not so easy. My daughter just breezed through her purchase & picked up her car in 4 days. It took me longer & my delivery date was pushed back 3 times, which was a tremendous inconvenience. The downside here is that it is difficult to contact someone. This was what I don't like. But I liked the fact that I ordered my insurance, I paid on line & when I picked my car up it had its regular license plate. Would I do it again. Yes. U read more

Been to this location a few times. I haven't test drove from this location, but drove my co worker's Model S. But if you want to test drive or see the models you can go check it out at this location. They have the model X and model S. You can see all the features, materials, make of these vehicles. They do not have the model 3 here. Yes it's still pretty back ordered and delayed. But good news, I recently heard the starting price point and options have decreased a few thousand dollars. But it's still not $35,000 as the price they mentioned in the beginning. I have many friends who just canceled their orders because they were tried of the wait and went with other cars instead. Overall, Tesla is one of a kind. Yes there are other electric vehicle brands, but I've been always impressed with them, even with all the bad news associated with them over the last year etc. ~ read more

We made an appointment with Danny to test drive the model 3. He accommodated us so quickly and got us in the car in less than 5 minutes from when we got there. After we got back he was very low pressure and showed us our finance and leasing options. We plan on purchasing within the next two months and will use Danny for our future purchase! read more

To start off, as soon as we walked in, (Tuesday evening, around 7pm), we were not greeted at all. The sales representative was with another customer, which I understand, but at least acknowledge when other customers walk in. In no way did we feel welcomed. We stayed in the store for about 20 minutes, but he did not even bother looking at us. We went in there planning to purchase a vehicle. This Tesla store does not compare to the Tesla in Aventura Mall. The customer service there is way better. It's further for us, but I would rather feel welcomed than ignored. read more

I get there and they teenaged that helped me said we are not doing test drive and then called a Gm and the Gm said we don't have cars ( they have 8 cars outside ) then the Gm said we can do a 30 min drive and demo. Tesla Store in Silver Spring MD. I had misfortune of visiting the Silver Spring, MD Tesla store yesterday. I found the "advisor" to be insulting and prejudice (said no one in the 3 years he worked there had asked him about the cost of electricity for the car but now that there are discounts it will be attracting a different type (condescension) in that the previous customers paid cash and didn't care about electricity costs. There was also an absence of charging information. The only instruction on the car was the driving, drive, reverse, park. He indicated that purchasers were technologically oriented and went on line for information about the car. I did find out that one would need to pick up the car in Rockville rather than Silver Spring. read more

I haven't been to Dadeland in a long time - probably since I went to UM. Came by to see Cristen Sullivan for a test drive. She let us take out the new model Y. We drove it around the University if Miami Campus so I could reminisce and take pictures. The Tesla is like driving an iPhone around. We fell in love with the car. No pressure and her sweet persona had us hook and pretty soon and an hour later we signed up for a new Tesla. It was actually faster than I could imagine. It was closing time since we took a while test driving the car but she never rushed us. Just only notice since the stores in the mall was closing. She offer us sparkling water and help us with our selection to make picking the upgrades easy peasy. I wasn't even planning on getting a car but just came to see the new Model Y since my friend got one and that fact that it's affordable. It took a few weeks for my car to get here but we had to Leave to Disney for my daughter's bday and we missed the car pickup. I was so sad because we were suppose to have a car parade with her class and friends when we got back but they said it was going to take a few weeks to get another Tesla. I ordered a tesla few months ago...I was going to get delivery saturday..12/24 and just because i didnt provide insurance 24 hours in advance..someone at this store at Dadeland Mall...or headquaters cancelled my delivery and move it in 48 hours or this comming monday....I told I will do the insurance tonight when I get home, and will pay the $ 75000 tomorrow.....Now the schedule deliver is for monday....but I am not going to be in town after tomorrow night,,,,in that case I want my $250 deposit back to my card...I dont want the car anymore! I'm so disappointed with my experience with Tesla. I went to pickup my car just to I find out it was a demo car. The day I reserved my car, it's s odometer was 72 miles (online account). The sales Representative Christine said my car was available and ready at Coral Gables. I paid the $2,500 for reservation and additionally Christine said no one else will drive your car. The day I drove the Demo car at Dadeland, she mentioned how she would not sale anyone a demo car because people do crazy things to the car (ex: "kick the car"). Today I went Coral Gables to pickup my car, I noticed it has 164 miles. The delivery Representative said Its a demo car and was continued being used for demonstration for other customers. What's the point to pay the reservation fee? The purchase of the car is as a new Car versus being a demo car. The delivery Representative said I should had been informed it was a demo car and had a price adjustment at the time of paying for the Reservation fee. The Delievery Representive can only offered $150 deduction because it's a demo car. I expected a new car and not one still being used as a demo after my payment. The $150 deduction versus getting a new car. I would rather wait to get a new car but there's no available car for to get at that time. Now I'm missing out on the Tax rebate $3700 because today is the last day for that amount of money. I even offered to continue with the purchase as long as I get a new car so I don't miss the Tax rebate but the Delivery Representative I need to walk out with the car today. I'm really disappointed with Tesla. I had high expectations with getting my first new car. Sale the car as a Preowned and advertise it as a Demo car. read more

By FAR the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The most unprofessional and unreliable staff I have ever seen. So I want to share my experience with the Manager Jorge Marrero and the sales rep Marcel so hopefully anyone else that's considering to get a Tesla stays FAR AWAY from this dealership. I was super excited at first to go and purchase my Tesla Model 3 and went into this dealership as it was closest to my home. At first it all seemed well I found the Tesla that I wanted and that same day placed a $100 deposit. At that time I was told that my point of contact would be Marcel a sales rep. Here's the thing have you guys ever seen a sales rep that never answers the phone or even calls their client? Well I hadn't either till I went to this dealership. But wait it gets better, after trying to contact Marcel for 2 weeks with no response I had to waste my time to go to this store again in order to get some answers on what was going on with my vehicle. Two reps there where able to help me out momentarily and finally locate the vehicle and they informed me that my car was ready for delivery and had passed inspections and all that. I finally thought the nightmare was done and I was called to schedule my pick up date and that the car was ready to go. Man I remember I woke up super excited to finally get my car and then... I receive a call from the delivery people that they can't deliver the car because they found something wrong with it last minute. Yup back to square 1 after being led on for 3 weeks to being hyped that the car was ready and finally let down again. I contact the super rude, unprofessional manager called Jorge where he then tried to sell me an even more expensive vehicle after all the bad experience that I had and refused to compensate or adjust anything to retain a customer. Untimely he told me there was NOTHING he was going to do for me and the $100 deposit I placed for the car that I never received because it was broken well they STOLE IT! I walked in there with my husband- the employees were in the back chatting. No other customers in the store. We walked around, left and came back. Started playing with one of the cars my husband was interested in. We waved over at the employees (like hi we need help) and no one flinched. I cannot accept the fact that she called my wife a grandmother (she's 28) because she drives a Mini Cooper. I was ready to put a down payment on a Model X but by her attitude and approach to the whole situation turned me off. So instead I went and bought a v8 Mercedes Bens. The Tesla employee was very RUDE and told me to get out of the car not 15 seconds after I got in. He lied about other people waiting to get in and it was very apparent. He even started asking people to get in and they said no. He refused to give me his name so that I can tell a manager about the experience.
