Shortly after, a large leak appeared from the oil filter housing because the technician left out the O-ring. I replaced it myself. Two months later the serpentine belt failed while driving because it had been soaked in oil from that leak. The car went into limp mode and had to be towed. An independent shop confirmed the oil contamination from the missing O-ring caused the belt failure and debris was pulled into the crankshaft seal. Total out-of-pocket cost: $1,997.85. The dealership denied full responsibility and only offered partial goodwill. Very poor handling of a problem their service created. DO NOT USE THER SERVICES.

He listened , wrote some notes and reamed some people and got what I needed ! Unfortunately it still wasn't right !!! Will had to order a new part (after they broke the original ) and he promised me It would be here on Friday - it came in on Thursday and true to his word , he called me in to take care of the repair . My insurance covered 75% of my vehicle and my GAP claim was denied by ENTERPRISE CAR SALES for being a "commercial vehicle" never once have I drove the vehicle for any company's or drive shares so I don't understand I've spoken to them in person and sound reasonable claiming they can get my GAP agreement reversed which was a lie it's October now and this happened in February still without a car and paying for a car I do not currently have in my possession RIDICULOUS

When we got there we saw some that said service loaners yet we were told they weren't available because the ones they had there had "issues".. bot comforting... At any rate had to have someone pick us up. After a couple of days we were told that the car was ready and we headed there and was being washed, etc. When we got there they brought out the car unwashed and said they would wash it but it would take approximately 45mins to an hour..nevermind that, we'll do it ourselves. Hopefully next time they can have it washed before they call us to pick it up..
