I was there with my wife…read moreand mother-in-law to look at a Honda HR-V, and I've never been treated so poorly by a salesperson in my life. I accidentally drove into one of the lots where the security bars went down, and I got trapped. I parked the car and looked for help, spotting a salesperson named Luis Felipe across the road. I waved my hands to get his attention, but instead of coming over to help, he just waved back at me like "no, you come to me." When I walked over and told him I was stuck, he actually started yelling at me. He asked, "Why did you go in there?" and complained that it was going to take 10 or 15 minutes of his time to get me out. When I asked him if he actually wanted to help me, since I'm the customer and he's the salesperson, he literally said, "That depends." I felt completely belittled and ignored. He was a pure jerk, and I never gave him any reason to treat me that way. I was just a customer asking for help, and he treated me like a huge inconvenience. The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is because of Franklin. Once I finally got out of that lot, Franklin stepped in and was the complete opposite. He was super friendly, professional, and actually helpful. He took us to see the inventory and apologized for how his colleague acted. If you go to Honda of South, save yourself the headache and stay away from Luis Felipe. He clearly doesn't understand what customer service is. Ask for Franklin, he's the only reason we didn't leave immediately.

Leasing my first BMW…read morean I4 edrive 40 felt like a big step, but Pablo made the entire process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. I've leased many vehicles in the past, so I know how the process usually goes--and truly exceptional customer service stands out when you experience it. Pablo delivered exactly that. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive without being pushy, knowledgeable without overwhelming me, and incredibly patient with all my questions. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, walked me through the features of the i4, and explained the leasing options in a way that actually made sense. There were no surprises just honest guidance and clear communication every step of the way. What really stood out was how effortless Pablo made everything feel. He handled the details efficiently, respected my time, and made sure I left confident and excited about my decision. That level of professionalism and care is rare. If you're considering a BMW especially if it's your first ask for Pablo. He turns what can be a stressful process into a seamless and memorable experience.

My experience with BMW of South Miami constitutes a clear example of contractual breach,…read moreoperational negligence, and potential exposure to financial harm for the consumer. On April 10, 2026, we entered into a lease agreement under the explicit condition that this dealership would assume responsibility for the payoff of our prior vehicle, which still had 6 months remaining on its lease. This obligation was not optional; it was an integral part of the transaction. To date, the dealership has failed to fulfill this obligation. The documented facts demonstrate a pattern of unacceptable conduct: * Issuance of a check late and to an incorrect address, failing to meet basic standards of due diligence. * Complete lack of follow-up by the dealership, even after UPS requested an address correction. * Failure of basic internal controls: the customer had to identify the shipping error using tracking information that was sent without verification. * False assurances of immediate resolution, with no actual execution within a reasonable timeframe. Only after receiving a formal notice of intent to pursue legal action did the finance department react--canceling the defective check and promising to issue a new one. However, even after that communication, the replacement check had not been processed or shipped within the promised 24-hour timeframe, further compounding the failure to perform. This conduct reflects not only severe administrative incompetence, but may also constitute: * Breach of contract * Negligent business practices * Potential adverse impact on the consumer's credit After more than 22 years of leasing vehicles, I can confidently state that this has been the worst handling of a financial transaction I have ever experienced. I strongly recommend exercising extreme caution--or preferably, avoiding this dealership entirely. This level of operational failure should concern BMW of North America and Morgan Auto Group. Luxury is not defined by the brand of the vehicle, but by respect for the customer and the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

I have been having the worse customer service at Ford of Kendall . They could never do anything…read moreright . On my last visit , I went straight to Will the service manager . Ford of Kendall - Unresponsive Service Department…read more I brought my vehicle to Ford of Kendall for a recall repair on the main wire harness, and that visit is almost certainly where my current problems began. After that recall work, my backup camera started acting up, cutting in and out sporadically, and eventually it failed completely. Recently, I brought the vehicle back in to have the camera issue addressed along with several routine repairs, expecting a professional diagnosis and resolution. Instead, I was met with blame-shifting, stonewalling, and a complete lack of accountability. The service advisor contacted me and immediately tried to pin the wire harness issue on supposed "aftermarket modifications," even though my vehicle has never been modified and everything on it is OEM equipment. That accusation was not only false, it felt like a deliberate attempt to dodge responsibility for damage caused by their own technician during the earlier recall repair. Rather than investigate their own work, they tried to manufacture a reason to deny responsibility. Ford of Kendall has now had my vehicle for nearly a week, and I still have no clear explanation, no timeline, and no basic courtesy in terms of communication. They failed to set any reasonable expectation as to when the repairs would be completed, effectively leaving me without a vehicle and forcing me to chase them for information. Every day, I have called the service advisor for an update, and I keep getting the same empty promise: "I'll call you back." The call never comes. The pattern is simple--ignore the customer and hope they go away. What concerns me most is that the damage appears to be the direct result of Ford of Kendall's own work. If the wire harness was damaged during the recall repair, it could absolutely cause irregular voltage and ultimately destroy the backup camera. Instead of acknowledging this very plausible scenario and investigating it, the service department has decided that I should pay out of pocket for a camera that their own negligence likely ruined. It is hard to see this as anything other than an attempt to push their mistake onto the customer. The end result is that I am being asked to pay for a repair that I firmly believe Ford of Kendall caused, after they have already taken my vehicle out of service for nearly a week with no meaningful communication. That combination of incompetence, refusal to accept responsibility, and outright lack of respect for the customer is unacceptable. This experience has seriously shaken my trust in Ford of Kendall. I now have deep concerns about buying any future vehicles from them and about being forced to rely on their service department for warranty work. I have virtually no confidence that they can perform repairs without causing additional damage, and even less confidence that they will stand behind their work when something goes wrong. If you value honest communication, accountability, and basic professionalism, I strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business with Ford of Kendall.

The vehicle had a flat tire, a dead battery, no radiator fluid--and to top it off, the radiator cap broke when the salesperson tried to open it. While waiting for them to sort things out, I decided to explore other options and reached out to Enterprise Car Sales South Miami at 17720 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33157. I spoke with JC, who confirmed they had the Tahoe I'd seen online and assured me it would be ready for viewing. I left Miami Lakes Chevrolet and their scratched-up, poorly maintained Tahoe behind and headed straight to Enterprise. The moment I arrived, I saw the Tahoe--clean, polished, and ready to go. I knew instantly it was the one. Enterprise doesn't tack on unnecessary dealer fees, so the pricing was fair and transparent. After JC and Tara walked me through the numbers, I traded in my old Chevy Avalanche and got a deal I couldn't pass up. JC's professionalism was outstanding, and with Tara's help, the entire process felt more like a celebration than a transaction. Thank you both for making this such a great experience! I made it very clear that I was looking for a standard 24-36 month lease. That was my expectation going into the deal. During the final walkthrough, the truck brought out was not the correct trim. I pointed this out, and I was told they had the right one available, but the payment would be higher. I agreed to the new pricing and was sent to the finance manager to complete the paperwork. Fast forward to today--I contacted the bank expecting to be near the end of my lease, only to find out I had signed a 60-month (5-year) lease!!. Who even knew that there was a 5 year lease??. That defeats the purpose of a lease!. Let me be very clear: this was never properly disclosed or explained to me at any point during the process. A 5-year lease is a PREDATORY LEASE!!!! and goes completely against what most consumers understand a lease to be. Had this been clearly presented, I would have never agreed to it. Buyers--do not rely on verbal explanations at this dealership. Review every single line of your contract, especially the lease term. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. Proceed with extreme caution.
