Whether you love unique, classic cars and/or unique, vintage (and new) guitars, Walt Grace Vintage…read moreis a super cool place to visit and peruse in Wynwood Miami, F L A. I don't believe there are any other stores (in the world?) that combine vintage cars and vintage guitars under one roof, but I always thought they were similar in spirit. When I bought my Dakota red telecaster from 1965, I admit that I also pictured a Dakota red classic Mustang from a similar era. I was actually in the market for a new acoustic and with the help of Jeff, tried a number of the new guitars for sale. I didn't buy one that day because I was still looking and visiting stores in south Florida. I think more than any purchase, you have to physically play a guitar to see if it fits you and the sound is appealing. I suppose a lot of people collect guitars without the intent to play them and that's fine, too. The cars are pretty impressive - reminded me of James Bond movies. And the wide range of electric and acoustic guitars are equally impressive; every one of the them has a story to tell. They also sell used and new amplifiers and other merch (including a Cafe!); I'm thinking of bringing in my amplifier for consignment.

Thought it'd be a quick stop... nope. Instantly hooked. Sipping a breve flat white alongside a chocolate croissant and an oat-milk capp, surrounded by vintage cars and guitars? Yeah, that escalated quickly. Then they throw in collectible vinyl just to really test your self-control. Come on now. If you're a music lover or just looking for something different, this place fits perfectly into the Wynwood vibe...creative, curated, and effortlessly cool. Honestly, once you see La Colombe on the menu, everything else just falls into place. Service, staff, and vibe? Perfetto! Didn't plan on staying long, didn't want to leave. See ya again soon. I purchased the car but had to fly out and they held it for me for two weeks, then they delivered it to my house. The car is pre-owned in TOP TIER condition. It had extra parts, all the paper work, I feel like a got the most amazing car for half of the price of a brand new JCW, but it feels new in every aspect. Will recommend this dealership for sure.

At this point, I would estimate that 99% of my service visits have ended with me having to speak with a manager. My most recent experience was especially disappointing. I brought my car in for a battery replacement, and afterward discovered that approximately $30 in quarters that I kept in a bag inside my vehicle was missing. The change was there before I dropped the car off and was gone when I got it back. On top of that, my car wasn't even washed. After spending more than $500 on a battery replacement, I expect significantly better service, attention to detail, and respect for a customer's vehicle and belongings. Unfortunately, this experience was the last straw after repeated issues here.

Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst car-buying experiences we've ever had…read more During the sales process, the dealership was relentless with communication. However, the moment the purchase was complete, the customer service completely disappeared. We purchased our vehicle in April and were even required to arrange shipping ourselves--something other dealerships we've worked with have always handled. Months later, we are still waiting for our tags. Getting anyone to respond has been nearly impossible. No one will call us directly; communication is limited to email, and every delay comes with another excuse. First, the person handling our paperwork was on vacation. Then we were told it was delayed because it was the end of the month. Now we've been informed that the FedEx package containing our tags has been lost somewhere in the dealership. At this point, there has been a complete lack of accountability, urgency, and customer service. Once they have your money, don't expect the same level of attention you received before the sale. If you have other options, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that value their customers both before and after the sale.

After being a steady customer of Braman BMW for 12+ years, we were shocked at the way we were…read moretreated this time around. We were there on 8/5/24 and were helped by salesman Uberto Mora. We showed him a letter that Mauricio from Braman sent us stating that we should come in because they wanted to buy our 2019 BMW X3 and give us a "much higher than market value" for our vehicle. We had been thinking about trading it in any way, so off we went to Braman with Mauricio's letter in hand! We asked for Mauricio at the front desk, but the receptionist said there was no one there by that name. Uh oh. She called Uberto over. We told him that Mauricio sent us and showed him the letter. He said he didn't know anything about that letter nor Mauricio. We were now getting suspicious. But Uberto said he would take care of us. Long story short, we found a 2024 BMW X3 that we wanted. Our 5 yr old X3 had only 20, 573 miles on it. We drove it only 5, 000 miles a year! It was very well taken care of and never in an accident! Braman offered a lowball $15k for it. Unbelievable! We were stunned and insulted! I quickly got on Google checking for fair market values, saw an ad by Carmax, who offered to buy your car, filled out their questionnaire, and their offer was $8,000 higher. We told Uberto to hold the new X3 for us, and we were going to drive out to Carmax and sell them our car and be back with our down payment for the new car. So, that's what we did, and everything worked out the way we wanted it. Next time, we will look for a different BMW dealership. You might think about doing the same thing.

I'm talking about the old school way, the going to the dealership, looking at the different models, test driving and then the endless 10 hour process of negotiations and paper work.... It really makes you reconsider the whole thing a couple of times before deciding to endure it. I gotta say though. My-Ling at Brickell Mazda made this experience extremely easy and so pleasant. She was professional why still remaining personable and is just an amazing person overall. She fights for what's right for you and doesn't really give up when something the customer wants isn't being given. She goes out of her way to ensure you leave this dealership with exactly what you came for and also ensure you either fed, hydrated or well caffeinated during the process lol. Not many dealerships have specialists like My-Ling and it's really shows nowadays. This dealership will always have my business because of her. A shout out to Joaquin who linked us up. He was the representative who took care of me previously that got a promotion and works with management now and he definitely made sure that I would be taken care of this time around. Did I mention I walked out with two cars?! That's how good she is. My deal was the simple one but she also ensured that my moms boyfriend was able to get the car he wanted as well with his unique circumstance. It was truly an phenomenal experience. If you happen to be in the market for a new car, consider Brickell Mazda and see no one else except My-Ling! She is the best I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, PERIOD!
