No where to park when you bring your car in for service. Staff is overloaded and unable to meet demand with any reasonable expectation of competency. Everyone is frustrated and waiting and there is zero communication available to avoid the complete inefficiency. Love the car. You better just pray nothing wrong ever happens to it or avoid this place like the plague.

I picked up my model 3 performance just a few days ago and I actually had a great experience! My advisor was very nice and helpful! It was a quick and easy experience, really not much else to say! The car was clean, had a good bit of battery and I was in and out!

Nice store. Lots of cars on the lot. Sorry, lots of Tesla's on the lot. Right off Glenwood beside the car Sound and Security place. I didn't go in , but I did walk around and looked at some of the Tesla's on site. Go by here. Cool place.

The result of their poor service.

Starting from the beginning their service department has been less then organized. My original problem was the car stopped working. I got it towed to the Tesla dealer in Raleigh on Glenwood to fix it 3 attempts and fixing things that didn't need to be fixed, they finally found the problem. That's 3 times of me having to go there and them saying it's fixed. I finally got that fixed. They gave me back the car. How they gave me back. The car is the main problem with this dealership. They leave it in the parking lot jammed so it cannot even be backed out driven out and expect the customer to just leave from there. Before I left I happened to notice the front bumper was scratched. I went back into the service area and tried to show somebody, but there was nobody there except for a random mechanic so I had him take pictures of it. At that point I was expecting them to call me back and say we are going to fix your bumper, they did not. I had to call them several times to schedule getting the bumper. Replaced trying to get in touch with. Somebody was very very hard. Finally after five attempts, they agreed to replaced the bumper and set a date. That date was a month or two in the future., And finally came up. I took it back there to get the front upper replaced. They set the schedule for 6 PM at night. I waited two hours for them to replace it, and they came back to me and said the bumper was not good, and they needed me to come back and I could take my car. I went to go take my car back and it was parked not in a parking spot, but in a row of cars with very little way to get out so I got in the car and tried to take it out and backing out, I backed into another car messing up my bumper and the other car. Now I know I was driving the car but I should not have them and they should've offered that to take it to a place that I could've backed it out or even better yet just driven it out like at any of the car dealer if you get a repair at. They ended up getting my insurance and filing a claim against me, which is understandable, since I was driving the car but they should've never left the car for me to drive in that situation. I've called several times asking if they will help with this, and they said no, they said that is my responsibility since I was driving the car. I do agree that I was driving the car but I should not have been put in the position to drive the car out of that situation so I am saying that they are a terrible terrible service department, that is not taking responsibility for how they get cars in and out of their service.

From the moment we connected, he made me feel at ease--none of that pushy, number-driven vibe you sometimes get at dealerships. Tramal is personable, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable, and his approach to sales goes far beyond just closing a deal. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he's helping and takes pride in creating a great experience. He truly calmed so many of my nerves throughout the process, and I felt completely comfortable every step of the way. If you're in the market for a vehicle--especially if you value honesty, integrity, and great energy--ask for Tramal. He'll be upfront if he doesn't know something and will make sure you get the answers you need. Honorable mention to Jeremiah as well--still not sure exactly what he does behind the scenes, but whatever it is, he got those numbers looking right, and I'm so grateful! I drove all the way from Charlotte to Raleigh to buy my car, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the entire Fred Anderson Toyota team. I love my Hyundai Santa Fe and appreciate you all more than you know! 10/10 would recommend--1,000% worth the trip.

Our salesperson Mike Mayberry spent an hour making trips to the back room to consult with management, ultimately returning with a monthly payment figure. When I pushed for the actual sales price, he looked me in the eye and said '$42,000.00 and some change.' The final contract shows $47,550. The price never moved once during the entire negotiation. While we waited, I stepped outside for a moment to grab food for our hungry children. In that window, Mike walked my wife directly to the finance office. He then found me inside and steered me toward the service area, telling me there was something I would 'really like' to see. She signed alone. That was not a coincidence -- it was a calculation. When we discovered what had happened, we fought back. For months. Through the dealership, through Hendrick corporate, through the NC Attorney General, through the BBB. Their legal counsel's response to our detailed written complaint was: 'Then we are done here. Good Bye.' Nobody has given us our money back. Nobody has taken responsibility. Reggie Jackson is a legend who earned his reputation through integrity and hard work. He deserves better than to have his name attached to a dealership that operates this way. A family walked through their doors and was treated as a target. Remember that before you walk through theirs.

If you are considering buying from this dealership, do not purchase the family plan. It is completely worthless and provided no value when it actually mattered. What makes this even more disappointing is that I trusted this place enough to purchase two brand-new vehicles from them. As a repeat customer, I expected better service, better support, and a company that stands behind the products and plans they sell. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to carefully review what you're being sold, especially any add-on plans. Based on my experience, the family plan is not worth the money, and the level of service I received after my purchases was extremely disappointing.

They told me that I needed $7500 in work to replace a wiring harness & "crushed" connection box. After leaving, I took a closer look and the connector was loose and undamaged. I plugged it in and the car ran fine & the check engine light cleared. I was panicked unnecessarily because a $7500 w/o body work would have likely totaled the car (that I'd had 3 months). I also can't say that I'm impressed with a car design that put wiring for the transmission between the frame & bumper. It's directly below the left head light in a prime place for damage. This is my first Nissan after 4 Toyotas. I'm inclined to go back to Toyota after this.

CJ , with Fred Anderson Kia, was assigned to work with me and keep me updated as the parts were ordered and the work on my car began. If I called him with a question, and he did not answer, he would always call me back within a very reasonable time period with an answer or an update. Today, he texted to say the work was finished and I could pick up my Kia. Since I had been driving a rental through Enterprise, I was able to return it to the Enterprise close to Fred Anderson's Dealership and CJ gave me a ride from Enterprise to Fred Anderson. He went over a few things about the repairs and made a couple of suggestions of a some anti-theft devices I could purchase through Amazon. I really feel CJ deserves a 10 star rating instead of 5.
