Long overdue review. Bought my Model X brand new and noticed uneven doors right away, could even hear air on the freeway. This location tried to tell me it was "normal," which is unacceptable for a $100k+ car. After pushing, they finally agreed to fix it under warranty. They also claimed no loaner cars were available and expected me to figure it out with kids. When I said I'd come back another day, they suddenly "found" one. I preordered some tires three weeks ago and had my appointment scheduled for 10AM 2/28/26. I got there a bit early and checked in. 45 min later, they told me the tires I ordered were sold to another customer. Then they added more salt to the wound by asking if I wanted to pay more for some better tires. I previously had Michelin Primacy. I looked at him with a "WTF" face and asked why were the tires I ordered three weeks ago sold to another customer and why should I pay for someone else's mistake. They eventually gave me the Michelins at the agreed price. The lack of communication reflects poorly on this company. And I love the cars too. read more

First time at a Tesla Service Center. This location (only mechanical repair, not a body shop) has a Gillman address, but you enter from the side street. The parking lot is huge but is shared with other tenants in the block. Once you find the entrance and drive in, there's a short queue from the driveway to the dock but it does move quickly. The service writer greets and confirms your information and ETA. Location has a nice spacious customer lounge with a K-Cup and some light snacks, in addition to a few vending machines. When the car is ready you get an in app notification, check in with the service writer and done. Maybe I am use to the traditional dealership but I was expecting a showroom with the Model 3/S/Y/X/Cyber Truck, or a parts/accessories store . This is my second time here. First visit was disappointing with very poor customer service and long wait. I am writing this review because my second time here gave me an entirely different experience. Joshua smith greeted me right away and gave a very warm welcome. He was very eager to help and explained everything very clearly from dropping off to notifying me the car was ready. I was given a loaner vehicle instead of having to wait in the room for long hours not evening knowing when I can leave like last time. The loaner vehicle was a very pleasant surprise. I am happy to see this service center made big improvements. I hope they recognize good customer service individuals in this AI era. read more

Tesla Service Center First time getting the car serviced in over two years. Very easy appointment system through the app. Had slight wobbling in the car when driving at freeway speeds. When I arrived, I test drove the car with a technician. He said that it could be the foam in the tires bunching to one side as the tires get worn down, but he has seen it much worse in other cars. Recommended a few options with the main two being 2 tire replacement or waiting until all 4 needed replacement. I wound up choosing the latter and getting the tires alternated (front wheels had more tread life so they got moved to the back). My experience was the employees are very laid back and will just give you some options and quotes without any pressure. My tires were alternated in less than an hour, but during that time I was able to take a work call in their very nice waiting area. Made a tea and snagged a fig bar and some Chex mix. The waiting room is huge and very clean. I had a really good experience, but didn't have any major repairs though. read more

I will drive to Corte Madera in the future. Upon having my car towed I was not greeted, more of a crabby teacher getting me in line and when asked a question; teacher gave me the low brow and orders, with NO explanation. Any question I had the answer was no, we don't do that. So no time for advice? Guess not. Upon leaving I finally got the woman to smile. Next day I am fielding text messages through the Tesla App regarding the status of my car. Here's a snapshot of the manner in which they treat their customers. I still don't know if they charged my car. Find out later today when I pick it up. Been to Corte Madera; full swing the opposite for customer service; for those who are not technically savvy they verbally explain what's wrong and suggestions. Thankfully I am tech savvy but still got confused in the lack of information. My rating; Berkeley - 0. Corte Madera 8. I recently had a flat and was trying to get my tire fixed asap. Scheduling service from the app was going to take a few extra days so since I was already in the area decided to drop by. The rep was easy going and got me in for an appointment same day. He checked the tires and said he could not visibly find the puncture, so they'll have to get the specialist to look at it. There's a resting area to hangout or work, so I waited for a bit. Then he comes back and says the leak is in an odd spot and the replacement tire will cost about $450. I figured it was going to be a rip off. I'm just glad they didn't recommend getting all new tires. After filling out some paperwork, the rep then mentioned this would take about 1-1.5 hours to complete. Since there's nowhere to walk outside I stayed in the break room. After 30-40 min, the rep came back in and said they were out of parts (the replacement tire). This was extremely disappointing news. I needed the vehicle soon as I was running errands, further more they had begun working on the vehicle and were not going to let me get my car back. As an alternative, they offered a standard M3 as a rental until the tire is installed next day. I filled out another set of agreement docs before I headed out. Overall, they got my vehicle serviced in a timely manner, but not without a few hiccups. I also had no other choice so I went with what was suggested. Terrible customer service. And somewhat incompetent: on a previous visit I was charged for a repair that wasn't performed. I did get that sorted out but shouldn't have needed to. More recently I dropped off car after approving $160 estimate and was confirmed via app - "no advisor contact needed" with an estimated completion date of the next day. But just as I my ride home arrived an "advisor" buttonholed me and started upselling - 2 sensors would probably need to be replaced @ $450 each, they said. This with no examination of vehicle or change to the problem stated! I said let's wait for the diagnosis and they said well the diagnosis is $260. I said f this and went to take my car off the lot. The hothead advisor came running after me and threatened to hit me and slammed my car door shut while I was sitting in it. Called manager twice to complain but no call back. read more

The place looked like it was organized. I dropped it off and checked in on the app as I was instructed. I waited 45 min, 15 min passed when it was supposed to be completed. I checked in with a service advisor only to find out the app never checked me in. He then told me the windshield inspection literally takes 2 min. So essentially, I wasted the last hour for nothing. Not sure exactly where or who dropped the ball but for my first experience at a Tesla service center, it makes me worry about being a Tesla owner. read more

Tesla in Berkeley has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I came in for my SCHEDULED service, no one greeted me or acknowledged me. Finally I asked if someone could help me and someone WITHOUT a customer, directed me to another customer service representative who was finishing up with someone else. When other people of NON African American races came in, they were greeted and IMMEDIATELY told someone would be with them shortly. That DID NOT GO OVER WELL WITH ME AT ALL! Then I waited for 3 HOURS for my car to be serviced and it should have only taken an hour or less. FINALLY I went and asked if my car was done when I saw the representative, and he said "sorry I just got back from lunch but your car is ready"! HOW RUDE!! No one else could come let me know so I don't have to spend MY WHOLE DAY IN A DEALERSHIP FOR SOMETHING MINOR??!!! On top of EVERYTHING, my car STILL HAD THE SAME ISSUE THE VERY NEXT DAY, NOTHING WAS REPAIRED!!! I want a FULL REFUND! First I don't think this is Tesla as a company or brand being the issue, but more about this service station. Highly encourage Tesla management team to review the process, training, and customer service quality at this prime location. Extremely disappointed with Tesla Service. My wife and I returned a loaner vehicle after less than 24 hours of careful use -- we caused zero damage, no scratches, and were both present at drop-off. Yet the next day, I received a message accusing me of causing "severe damage." I don't think this is Tesla as a bran issue, but maybe more particular to this service center. Their management team needs to seriously review process, training, customer service quality here,being lot of Tesla loyalists being their car to this location. I don't want to say this is a Tesla as a bran issue or it's HQ, but there is something very wrong in terms of professionalism, throughness, maturity, patience, and customer service / treating customers right, Tesla management team needs to review this service center, training and really get involved as this is a prime location. What's unacceptable is that no walkaround inspection was done with me at pickup or drop-off -- not inside the center, not outside. When I first received the car, it was dusty, unwashed, with a worn feel. I even asked about the condition, and they said they loan out used, returned cars, not freshly prepped ones. I accepted that in good faith, grateful to have a vehicle. Even more frustrating -- after I dropped off the loaner, I stayed at the service center for nearly an hour: waiting for my car to finish charging, getting food, walking around. No one approached me to do an inspection or mention any issue with the loaner. Then the next day, out of nowhere, they accused me of damage. When I pushed back, they suddenly changed tone, saying, "Don't worry, we're investigating." They also claimed to have tried calling, but my call log shows no such attempts until after I replied. I have a spotless 15+ year driving record, never caused damage to a vehicle, and my own Tesla is in pristine condition. I go out of my way to avoid curb rash. Being blamed like this, with no documentation, no proof, and no inspection, is beyond unfair. Tesla must fix this process -- walkaround inspections must be done with the customer present. Otherwise, customers are left exposed to blame with no way to defend themselves. This is one of the worst dealership service experiences I have had in almost decades of owning cars. read more

I've been to this service location several times over an eight year period, and every time I've been extremely impressed by the level of professionalism in every staff member I interact with. I've never had anything but a great experience at the Gilman Street service center. Most recently they offered me a Cybertruck as a loaner when my Model 3 was being serviced. So cool! read more

Just finished another service here for a repair/replacement of passenger side seatbelt restraint system following the appearance of a warning light notification. The warning light disappeared after a couple of day, but when I asked the apps AI thingamagig if I should cancel my service appointment it said not to and instead recommended I get the problem checked out. I did so. I was greeted by a service tech- Keanu- as I emerged from my car. He then took me to their service desk and checked my car in getting a thorough history of the issue. Turned out they had some sort of service advisory that would replace a component of the seatbelt and air bag system they could accomplish while investigating and fixing the problem I had come in for. He arranged a loaner vehicle identical to mine and said depending upon what they found it was likely that they would need my car for another day (I came in at around noon). So in less than 15 minutes from the time I pulled into the facility I was off in one of their new Model Y's. Keanu indicated he would call me later on in the day for an update as to how things were progressing. About three hours later I received a call from Keanu indicating that they had completed the necessary work and I could come and pick up my car! I did so and all was in order. I just dropped the loaner car off, went inside to thank Keanu, and then proceeded on my merry way in less than two minutes. Every step of the process was just about perfect. Most perfect of all was the performance of Keanu. He's a great rep for Tesla- patient, professional and personable. read more

It's annoying that you book an appointment ahead of time and they let me know it will take a whole day and that I would get a rental. When I arrive they said we don't have a loaner vehicle. I have to go to work. I was told there would be loaner vehicle when booking appointment and on the app. Very unprofessional and they said no to uber services which are offered by many other service companies at least. Went in for rocker arm replacement. At the initial assessment appointment, they told me it would take 3 weeks for the parts to come in. C'mon Tesla, there's overnight shipping these days! Fortunately I was able to continue driving it until the parts arrived. The two service reps I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. No problems there! The service center was jam packed with cars at 8am. But they did get to my car. About 90% of the work was covered by my 50k bumper to bumper warranty, which I was extremely grateful for. I wish Tesla had a service center in the Concord/Walnut Creek area. Other sort of nearby choices are Dublin and Vallejo. By the way, the entrance is on 8th Street, not Gilman. read more

I just got a new tire replaced here because an air bubble was detected. My appointment isn't until August 14th, and I did not want to wait nearly two weeks to get a replacement. I appreciate my service advisor getting me out of there in a timely manner, even without an appointment -- this review isn't about him, but rather Tesla's tire policy. My car has about 5,900 miles and I've already had two tires replaced. The first one was due to a pothole while using FSD, and now there's a detected air bubble in the second tire. I don't recall any impact on this tire. I also wonder if there should be a recall on these tires if they're getting damaged so easily. My safety score is currently 98-99, so I'm not an aggresive driver and I've been driving cautiously. It feels like no one really cares about investigating safety concerns here. When service was completed, I received a message in the app stating "the issue was caused by a MANUFACTURING DEFECT in the tire." If that's the case, why was I charged for it? After I brought this up, I was told the tire technician had made a mistake. I feel like there's just a few little mistakes with Tesla, starting at delivery, and that's another story. If I had bought the tires outside Tesla, they likely would have been covered and replaced for free As part of their "goodwill service" they parked my car extremely close to the curb which resulted in a curb rash when i tried to make a right turn to exit. Now, in order to get the rims buffed out, I have to go to a Tesla-certified body shop, not just any regular one. Other than the walk-in availability, my overall experience has not been very positive. read more

I had a horrible experience with Tesla Service Center in Berkeley. They did not fix my model 3 and charged me for tests already performed. $330 wasted. I thought charge was to fix my car when i initially approved. That's what I was led to believe. I now see that the charge was implemented so I don't return wanting to have my battery malfunction fixed. As a woman I felt bullied by the male staff at this location. Not female friendly here at all. I was unable to speak with a service team member and they did not respond to any messages i sent. I'm having issues with my battery malfunctioning and it using excessive amounts of energy to drive. Every reason they gave for this happening was not the cause as I was able to verify.otherwise They did not listen and refused to explore the underlying cause and repair. I am left with a car I paid a lot of money for that can only travel 80 miles before needing to be charged again. This is not acceptable for a car that only has 75,000 miles on it. I am very disappointed with the treatment and care I received. I love my model 3 but trying to get it fixed is impossible with this location. 100k to Tesla on 2 vehicles since 2022. The worst! I spent 3k for my 22 Model 3 new windshield and dash pad, tried to pick up and the pillars were all cut up; 6 headliners later and 7 visits, my car was only 6 months old and I was told by the manager Tim "This is it, we are not putting any more headliners in the landfill" I reminded Tim that it was his staff that were "putting headliners in the landfill" not me. At one point the headliner area above my 5 year olds head even fell down onto him while I was driving, I have pics! I made the mistake of purchasing a 2024 Y this past February and nothing but problems starting with a dent on the rear passenger door that I bought the car with and didn't notice until the next morning and the cars alignment was off pulling to the right, back to Berkeley and run around and promises and a ding on the front passenger door made by staff while trying to have the original dent fixed. Then by May I had the 2 dents still and rear window malfunction, rear passenger window shot up past the window frame and scratched the molding above, the window came back down and couldn't be closed, loved driving into Oakland for work and school drop off with an open window! Back to Berkeley for window repair and molding replacement, and had the pleasure of meeting the most rude, incompetent unfriendly newest member of Berkeley Tesla, Ash their new "assistant manager". She couldn't even introduce herself but had the nerve to inspect my car when I went to pick it up and showed them the new scratch on my center console and the ding and dent from the previous visit. Ash insisted the ding was "stamping" and told me dent wizard would contact me to have the ding fixed and someone would be out from mobile to replace the console. No call from dent wizard , no follow up from Ash and the run around from Tim and his staff. What incompetence. After calling customer service and emailing and mobile coming out to my work with the wrong part, instead of a center console they came with a cup holder, I ended up with another appt to have a body shop down the street from Berkeley Tesla look at the ding with Tim, after said ding was verified another appointment for dent wizard. They came out to my work couple weeks later and tried to work on both dents, the tech explained it was the "best" he could do and that he keeps telling Berkeley Tesla not to park cars too close together and that is how I got the ding on my front passenger door. He said he couldn't "pull" the door anymore because it could leak when it rains! July 1st another window malfunction right in my driveway, my son got in the car tried to close the door and window shot up past the frame and rolled back down. Excessive heat warning and no AC can't close the window and my son sits in the backseat! And yes why not drive into Oakland for work with an open window and it's 100 degrees! Tim couldn't care less, customer service offered to request a"buyback" and by 7/13 I was notified by Tim that is was declined! After "the vehicles service history was reviewed " which of course did not include the 2nd window malfunction. So over 2 weeks with no car and no loaner and when I called Tim he said it was my fault for not scheduling a service appointment for the window, And that I needed to wait for an appointment, the next one being on 7/24! When I asked twice what he was going to do about the 2 dents he replied "absolutely nothing " and that my car was better off in my driveway not at the service center because I "didn't have an appointment ". My vehicle is now at Vallejo in service for the window, I finally got a loaner and am waiting to see if Tesla follows through on making this right! read more

This review is for Tesla customer service by phone. I needed to pay for a previous charge with my updated credit card. I did so but the vehicles system or some type of glitch would not update. I'm currently sitting at a super charger station stuck with 1 mile left on my battery. I've been sitting in a stall tryin to charge for 50 minutes now. Customer service has had me on hold the entire time. I am just stuck. At one point after about 5 begging requests to the automated voice I was finally transferred. A useless agent finally answered. I explained my issue and she instantly transferred me I've been waiting another 20 minutes to no avail. I am truly pissed at this point I have my children in the car and we are stuck!! You hear me STUCK at the Mercy and hands of Tesla and their lack of customer care!!! This is not good for paying customers. I should just go back to a gas guzzler. All of the "green" perks are being taken away anyway. I'm watch ppl pull up charge and leave over and over while I wait on a live agent. SMH in disgust. read more

The people at the desk were also helpful, I didn't know what to expect but they made my experience as good as it can be. I was so worried about bringing my car in since I've heard horror stories about Tesla service in general but I had a good experience! Matt helped me set up a loaner and that's -1 star for the loaner because it was dirty and had a smell! I don't think they really clean the loaners after each use... Car was only a year old and within warranty. Only 15-30 mins job. Driver side headliner had noise from loose clip. (Panels rattling when not on smooth road). When press on headliner, hear squeaking sound. Per technician, only replace a clip and add some insulation around the clip area. And got charge $170... should have given warranty... read more

Our experience with this service center was extremely disappointing. We had to bring our Tesla in multiple times for various issues, and even after repairs, a new problem arose that the service team unfairly blamed on us. This issue was clearly not our fault, yet we were charged over $1,000 for a problem we didn't cause. The staff's behavior added to our frustration. The "assistant service manager", Ash, was unprofessional and unhelpful, providing inconsistent and misleading information about the service performed. Jenn, another employee, displayed an inappropriate attitude that was dismissive and unprofessional, including scowling and making faces when asked questions. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a service center. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and clear communication. It's appalling to encounter such a lack of professionalism and accountability. I hope this feedback prompts immediate changes to improve customer service and ensure others don't have a similar experience. Incredibly disappointing and rude--I expect better from the "helpful employees" and the service as a whole. If you are in the SF Bay Area and need to visit a Tesla service center, go to Dublin. Do not I repeat do not go to this place. They are the worst repair shop I've ever seen. Go to the Vallejo/Benicia. They've got their act together and know what they're doing unlike these morons. They also won't rob you! First time I went... and let me start by saying this was three different waste your time visits. For what they ended up putting a Band-Aid on a.k.a. a seal‍ first time they replaced a part that wasn't even broken. Second time again replaced a totally different part may have been broken‍ they already BS me so many times at this point I don't know what to believe. They ended up replacing both parts when only one was actually broken and charged me double. Then during the second outing they made me be without my car for an extra 3 to 4 days so they could make 100% sure it was the part that was an expensive part that was covered by warranty. Let's just be honest they didn't want to pay for part. So of course I come back because they had to get the part. Then they end up holding my car for two days not working on it basically telling me they have issues with having enough people to work on cars probably because they're terrible!!! so my car just sat there for two days then to instantly have my car quickly rushed out the door the third day. They ended up just putting a Band-Aid on it. Goody goody I'm sure I get to go back in a month. Don't waste your time at this place, they are trash and shouldn't exist. Wow. The amount of incompetence at this service location has much left to be desired. We've heard a lot about the degradation of Tesla's service over the years, but really underestimated how horrible the service could become. We picked up a brand new car, which we flagged had issues for them to fix prior to leaving the lot in Los Angeles. They immediately scheduled for us to go in to the Tesla Berkeley location (closest to home), to get these issues resolved. We brought the car in and the service was pleasant (apparently this person was temporarily helping out from the Vallejo office). They reviewed the issue(s) and immediately gave us a loaner and told us it would take several days to get our issues resolved. Turns out they called us 2 hours later and said the car was "ready". So we drove back to pick up our "ready" car the next day. I guess they made minor adjustments to our frunk but didn't actually solve the problem, but actually probably made it slightly worse. Anyway, when we brought the car in, the team working there was a little haphazard and gave us some odd answers. They said we had to come back for the paint issue and drop off our car for them to bring it to the body shop, but that there was a "waiting period" since they were so busy. They said the next earliest appointment would be the following SATURDAY morning - so we make that first appointment and bring our car in for the scheduled appointment. When we get there, the associate 'looks over the car' and proceeds to complete the intake process as though this is the FIRST time we're going through this process for the same issues we've flagged twice now at this location. Then the associate proceeds to tell us that they would need to "START" the process with the body shop and get a quote to be approved, and that they wouldn't be able to take our car (because they also don't do vehicle transfers on Saturdays)... wtf? Then why would you schedule for us to bring in the car for you to bring in to the body shop on a weekend? Anyway, 3 trips to this location and they have been a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME EACH EVERY TIME. We're rescheduled to do all of the same things that we thought would already have been done, next week - will see how that goes. read more

In a word, abysmal. I will drive however far I need to to avoid this repair center in the future. I have been multiple times, and never had a good experience. When I'd bought the car originally (used), there was a leak in the seal of the front windshield. It doesn't rain much here, Covid happened, I lost my job, etc., and didn't get it fixed. When I brought it in finally to fix it, they refused to believe that it was possible for me to have that issue and not get it fixed for so long. They charged me full price, $2k+, and refused to discuss the matter further. One time, they told me to come pick up the car after they were closed. I took an uber down, and they hadn't parked it in the outside area where I could pick it up from. Then when I made another trip the next day, they had left it at 1% charge, not enough to even get home. So I got to sit in their garage for an additional hour. There's 3 billable hours down the toilet. Thanks. I got more stories but I'm done typing. These people deserve to go out of business. As a new Tesla owner, I was unsure of what to expect from Tesla Service Centers in general. As most of you know, Google searches and assumptions bring an array of feedback/random experiences - from the great, to the OK, to the terrible (mainly terrible). Well, after a few visits to the Berkeley Tesla Service Center, I'm a happy owner/customer of the Tesla product. Unlike traditional car experiences, there is not a number to call to schedule an appointment. Everything is done through the Tesla iOS / Android application. For some, this may be a negative - for me, this is a huge plus, as everything is documented. After logging my issue through the Tesla app (8GB eMMC Recall & replacement), I scheduled my appointment which was available less than a week away. The day of the appointment, I drove in to the Berkeley Tesla Service Center - convenient central Bay Area location off Gilman Street exit. The center is easy to access, super clean facility, and the user experience was straight forward: pull up, an advisor checks you in, and you are provided with Uber credit (!!!) to get back to work/home. By end of that day, 5pm, the repair was finished. Because I was at work through 7pm, I picked up the car in the lot after hours -- legit right? Welp, not so legit. The next day I noticed a defect in the touch screen which appeared to be a bubble or crack. I also noticed issues with the bezel. Back on the app I went to describe the issue and schedule another appointment. In my mind, I was thinking that Tesla would not stand by their work - especially on a car that was nearly a decade old. But a week later, at the follow-up appointment, service advisor Matt C. said "We will take care of it." Meaning, free-of-charge. In addition to fixing the touch screen damage, I requested a wheel alignment service. To my surprise, the price quoted (and charged) was much lower than I anticipated. Once again, Uber credit was issued (!!!). Later that night after work, I arrived at the Berkeley Tesla Service Center. Touch Screen repaired. Bezel replaced. Alignment successful. Car lookin' vicious in the parking lot. Happy customer with every (current) repair completed. Tesla - Picking up the Model S! - Auto Repair Near Me - Berkeley, California

Closed early without following up after to notify anyone who had appointments. Zero message prompting me to reschedule, zero instructions on if/how/where I could leave the car (so I didn't), completely unhelpful in-app support chat / agent (rescheduled me to a day and time without asking my availability or preferences, not taking into consideration the bit I told him about having to drive all the way across the bay, with traffic, to make it here). Also, felt incredibly unsafe driving through the area and waiting there for service. So sketchy!!! Will post images later. Service reflects the area from what I can tell so far. I am hopeful that my rescheduled appointment will somehow prove me wrong about this place, but I'm not holding my breath. read more

I don't leave many reviews but want to note for others the terrible service I have received from Tesla. I ordered a set of wheels and winter tires on 12/5 and made an appointment for them to be installed last week. When I showed up for the appointment not only did they not have my tires, they had no idea where they even were. I waited an hour while they tried to figure out more and ultimately just had to report that my tires weren't there yet. Now I have a trip to Tahoe planned in the beginning of January and they don't expect to be able to get my tires for me by then. I would never have bought winter tires from Tesla if I had known it would take a month to get them! Unacceptable. The guy at the shop was super nice and apologetic and I know it wasn't his individual fault. But it was a bad service experience and I still haven't gotten what I've paid for when I need it. read more

My model 3 was doing a squeaky noise for some weeks, and was hard to detect / trigger, but when happening was very annoying and somewhat concerning, not knowing if was serious or not. Scheduled an appointment very quickly (lot of availability), the team was really amazing and patient. One of the technicians jumped in the car with me for a ride to detect the noise. They gave me a nice m3 loaner, and the car was fixed in 2 days (during the weekend). Dropped Sat morning, had my car back Monday Morning. Experience could have been better. This anecdote is based on multiple vehicles we had serviced at the superior Burlingame location where diagnosis and the subsequent repair went more smoothly than Berkeley. This Berkeley location employs hardline, profit drivers. They care not for the customer. No situation is unique and requires more thorough consideration of circumstance. They're purely trained to make as much money for Tesla as possible (which you may agree with) and have no regard for manufacturing defects or malfunction. While not as convenient for East Bay Tesla owners, my advice would be to schedule service at Burlingame or Marin as those service locations have superior customer service culture and the ability to consider each vehicle's repair needs more thoughtfully that leads to a better outcome for vehicle owners and Tesla's service facility reputation. read more

very poor service. It seems like Tesla is not paying these service technicians and they keep quitting. When you walk in there is no one to greet you and the looks on the Tesla technicians is please leave us alone. VERY poor service. also, they overcharged my credit card in the app by 150 dollars. oh my god! I disputed it. technicians are haphazard Due to Tesla layoffs, the people working there are haphazard, lazy and unsupervised, careless. Seems like a disaster. The center is filled with cars but 2 guys were in there. seems they just send the cars to authorized dealers for service and only take care of light adjustments. I got a tire check and service and the guy handed me my car back without reviewing pricing at all and inflating the price and putting no air in the tires. I also have two slight scratches on my car. Can someone write to Tesla to close this center down? When I requested the tire air he said they are not responsible for that. He then stated everyone left the center and his supervisor went home. Once I complained the supervisor returned and put air into it. The air was over pumped into it and I had to let some out due to heat. It appears to be a facility to pretend to service but only for them to tell you to go somewhere else to get real service. Please close this center down! read more
