We waited one month to see a speech therapist for my 2 year old son at TES. When we called we were told that we would get an appointment the next week, but a day before the scheduled appointment, we were told we had to wait for another month for the first appointment. We said fine and saw the speech therapist on 11/2. After ONE session, we were notified that the speech therapist was leaving TES so no more sessions for my son. Naturally I was not happy with them wasting all this precious time for my two year old. I urged them to notify my insurance as soon as possible that they had discharged my son so we can find him a new speech therapist that my insurance would pay for. Another month later, insurance company told me they heard no word from TES. Still no speech therapy for my two year old as of today. I called TES and obviously they are avoiding my phone calls (because my husband called from an anonymous number and they picked up right away). I'm sure many kids had a good experience with TES but you just never know if your experience would end up like mine if you choose them. read more

wish there was a 10 star option this comapny is EPIC and I am a mom who looks for the BEST when it comes to my non verbal lil guy. Been doing ABA with him for 13 years and we have had a few agencies that were so unprofessional so anoying when it comes to issus no parent has the time for, like billing issues, waitng lists, green BI's non supportive team and lets not talk about the turn around of staff which means your child has to start all over again. i have seen it all BUT the good news is if you are reaing this that means you are possibly looking for a new company for your little... HERE !!!!!!!!!!! this is where you want to be. TES is as perfect as you will get, and i have done the leg work for you. I swear this place will work for you. WHY? becuae they care, they listen the value your input. I have seen so much growth in my son that I nevr thought possible. PLEASE give your child this opportunity to meet massive gains !!! choose TES for ABA . I was so sick of searchig and not knowing what I was looking when it came to ABA years ago I appled and went to work for a few companies to get a birds eye view and just as I suspected 9 out of 10 had only one end goal"" to milk your insurance"" with under trained staff who had no skills come to your home and waste your time and more importlty your childss window of learning. I have given so many hours and so much money to so many companies not knowing if they new what they were doing if it wouold beneit my son, my pride and joy and some small gains were made but too much time was lost along the way... so I emplore you as a parent who obvioulsy cares to take time to read this long revivew "" TRY TES" you will not be disapointed. This is a great facility for any family seeking high end therapy services. The staff is very attentive, friendly, helpful, and most of all, supportive. We had Mia as our Speech Therapist and she is fantastic! Mia is the most caring, compassionate, hardworking Speech Therapist that we have ever come across. She is so patient with those that have a speech impairment or other problems. We feel so fortunate to have had her as our baby's Speech Therapist. Our daughter absolutely adores her because Mia is so caring. We highly recommend Mia and believe that every child should be in her care as she is so loving to every little kiddo. I would give zero stars if I could..... After 7 months of working with my insurance they finally agreed my son needed speech therapy and we had our first appointment with Mia at TES. The first appointment my son was crying and not interacting much with the therapist, which I explained was due to him being a pandemic baby and only really spending time with family. That he'd need a few appointments to get comfortable with her, but towards the end of the appointment he was warming up and I had hopes for future appointments. I was called by TES before our next appointment and told that my insurance would no longer recommending speech therapy for my son, but not given anymore info. After several days of back and forth I finally got the straight answer. Apparently because my son wouldn't not interact they deemed him not ready for speech therapy, despite him being evaluated a full year behind a typical child his age. This is absolutely ludicrous, given that every expert and piece of science shows that early intervention between the ages of 2-3 is the most important for long term growth and development. I am extremely disappointed in this company and his therapist, Mia, and I don't feel like they care about their patients at all. I'd also like to point out that their occupational playroom area is absolutely filthy. Living in the time of coronavirus and monkey pox this is absolutely unacceptable and something they need to remedy immediately. When I called to talk further with them I was brushed off, and despite asking to be called back was never called. All and all I'd say your child is better off not reviewing services at all than receiving them from TES. read more

When our son was diagnosed with autism we weren't sure who to go to for help. We found Total Education Solutions online and could not be more happy with the services our son receives. The staff is friendly and most importantly my son loves going there and is learning so much through this program. Emma McIntosh is his speech therapist and she is amazing! You can here him laughing and playing along with her all the way in the waiting room. He gets so excited as soon as I tell him he gets to see Emma today and always gives her a big hug.
