When we picked them up, we noticed a very strong chemical smell with oily residue that made us call Fantastic Cleaners to ask if this was normal. While we appreciated the offer to rewash our items, it was the experience of dropping them back off that was very uncomfortable. When my husband arrived, the owner was very unpleasant, telling each of his employees to smell our items to "prove" there was no strong fragrance. It felt dismissive and unnecessary. We never asked for a rewash but were offered one, so imagine our confusion when we were treated like this when we brought our items back. Furthermore, we ended up taking our thicker blanket and white baseball caps to our previous dry cleaner in Fullerton. They were able to remove stains that this shop missed, as well as get rid of the strong fragrance and residue left by Fantastic Cleaners. I respect the owner's decades of experience, but the lack of attention to detail and the defensive treatment of customers make it hard to recommend.

I reached out to Alina about 3 1/2 weeks ago and explained our situation and our short time frame. Alina was very quick to respond to my messages and was a great communicator. I explained to her our situation and she did not hesitate to help. We arrived at her house Saturday morning and expected to pick up the dress Monday but by Saturday late afternoon she informed us she had finished the dress. We were unable to pick up the dress Saturday evening and due to the holiday we agreed to keep our Monday morning pick up time.
