This place is AWESOME. The couple that owns the store are so kind and very accommodating. I've brought clothes a few times now and they are quick with their turn around. What she charged me for taking in my grad dress was a fair price for a dress with lots of pouf and lining underneath the skirt. Pat hemmed a bridesmaid's dress well and in less than 3 hours because I needed it the next day. She was also very patient as we did not have the bridesmaid with us and I had to guess! It was a little more complicated because the dress had two layers: chiffon and polyester. The chiffon needed to be handled very carefully which Pat did. Avoid this place. This Saturday I asked if they could shorten just a pair of my jeans right away when I get to the place. They told me to come over, and when I got there I was noticed there is a "special fee" for Saturday and charged me $40 for shortening half an inch of my jeans which took about 15mins for the old man sitting in a couch. Such a rip off. I could get the same job done $9~$20 max any place near by. read more
