From the start, Moises was excellent with communication, keeping us informed every step of the way. What truly impressed us was his vision for what would look best in our yard; he offered insightful ideas that we hadn't even considered. He also went above and beyond by helping us brainstorm ideas for a future project - his ability to see the potential in our space is remarkable. Moises' attention to detail is truly commendable. You can tell he takes pride in his work, ensuring every aspect of the wall was perfect. His assistant, Pablo, was also a hardworking and valuable part of the team, doing a great job. We are absolutely thrilled with our new retaining wall and the overall experience with GC Multigrade. We will definitely be calling on them again for any future landscaping needs. Highly recommend!

The clean-up they did each day of the project was amazing, as well. Very organized and efficient. Byran was always available when I had questions, and he gave us a more than fair price for the job. I always feel at a disadvantage when I am trying to do the legwork for a home improvement project. Byran was very approachable and made his answers to my questions understandable and gave us a price that made this project doable for a couple on a fixed income. Rosiles Redesign went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

First the good. I needed someone quickly to build a room for an MRI scanner and CRC was available…read more I was very impressed how quickly they responded and seemed to understand the scope of work. The owner even came out a couple times to oversee the project and get updates. Unfortunately the bad is really bad. After paying them WAY more than I expected to renovate a small room (over $75,000), they sent another invoice for $36,000! Their onsite team had damaged the project so extensively that I had to have an expert from Arizona DRIVE TO STOCKTON EMERGENTLY to fix the damage. I should not have had to pay ANY of that final invoice, but I made a fair offer of $15,000 to settle and instead they hired a lawyer to sue me. I am a 30 year veteran of the US Army and I will not be taken advantage of. The owner didn't even have the decency to call me and discuss this man to man. Stay away from CRC. Bad business. Bad people.

At this time, I would not recommend using this company. The communication with the front office was…read moregreat, the quote process I thought went smoothly but they were not able to deliver when it came to the work. The work being done was in a bedroom and there was a lack of effort in keeping area clean. I had paper laid out to keep existing floor clean and the paper was ripped. There was dings left on the door molding from hoses being used to texture wall. Employees cleaned their paint and plastering tools on our front lawn and side flower bed which left paint and plaster in two areas. There is much room for improvement which is what warranted this review. I reached out to the company to express my concerns and was told that there was nothing they can do to make up for these defects. I went with CRC to patch a wall and patch flooring that had been damaged by a water leak. The representative came in person and visually inspected the area that needed work. He provided a quote which I believed to be fair for the work being done and scheduled an appointment. When the contractor got here he communicated that the wall would be good to go but he had concerns about the flooring since it wasn't the type of flooring that the representative quoted for. Again, representative came in person and saw the wall and the type of flooring we had, nothing to be surprised by here. The contractor made some calls and communicated that he would make it work but would have his flooring specialist come the following week to complete job. I agreed and we moved forward. This should have been a 2 day job according to what was communicated but it turned into a prolonged 3 day job and no flooring repair. The first day they poorly patched the wall and had to come back the next day to do the wall all over again since the job was that poorly done. The flooring specialist came the following week and communicated to the contractor that he did not want to take on the job because it would be too tedious to remove 13 boards instead recommended that I replace the entire bedroom floor. My quote quadrupled in price with their suggestion to replace entire room. They did a fine job on the wall the second time around I decided not to move forward with the flooring because of the miscommunication on their end and the huge quote increase. I was left with a half completed job, dinged up door moldings and paint on my lawn/flower bed.

I first contacted Manuel the owner of Malagon painting about 9 years ago as my wife and i bought our first home. We wanted the inside painted and to have crown molding installed. The service was excellent and the finished product was amazing. Since then we have recently had the exterior of our home painted and the attention to detail is incredible. We also own commercial property here in Stockton, Ca. and Manuel and his crew have done many projects for us and we have never been disappointed with the craftsmanship. I can't recommend Malagon Painting enough. If I could give more than a Five Star rating I would. As a home owner and property owner I can tell you Malagon Painting provides a transparent quote with no hidden fees. They use high quality materials and only well trained staff. Before discovering Malagon Painting I would get frustrated as many contractors wouldn't even show up to do a bid. Thank you Manuel and everyone at Malagon Painting for your continued great work.
