Asking for an additional fee on top of that feels like he's trying to take advantage. Proper maintenance work should uncover problems without a separate service call charge. Tim is very amazing person. He has integrity. He went out of his way to make sure that the solar company did not walk all over me with the mistakes they have done to my roof and solar panels.
