Rim was finally replaced after being told it was probably my fault. Went back later for oil change and to have brakes inspected due to noise (which I know I'd be responsible for) & to check supsension etc. They said everything was fine. (I was there 1hr to have rim replaced, oil change, car wash, and inspection, just seems like I should've been there longer). Anyways, I didn't feel everything was fine, so I took it to get a 2nd opinion and they lifted car to find out other rear rim is bent as wheel and I possibly have a bad wheel bearing (which is what noise probably was). Their opinion, they think rear end of car was damaged. I had previously emailed Bill Walsh service manager Dave 3x's and no response, I then decided to contact KIA directly, they now recommend after hearing everything I get car diagnosed from a KIA dealer (which I will be going elsewhere than from where I got vehicle) & to then call them back with case #. Hoping something gets done. I love my car, I just want it to run right! Grrr. (Great sales person Isaac btw, service dept I just complain about.)

Mike, the service manager, called and left a voicemail for a customer, but Mikey couldn't figure out how to hang up the phone... He and his buddy went on to discuss assaulting the customer to show her who is in control of the situation, and how much ass he got when he was younger, among other things. We are very disappointed in how this is being handled, and disgusted by the morals of the people employed here!

Pulled the rear seat, found the fuel tank cover cracked and the fuel return hose to the fuel pump was not reattached. The service manager denied all responsibility and wanted me to tow my car to the dealership at my expense. If you love your VW and want it taken care of by responsible people, go somewhere else.

I called the dealership on Tuesday before traveling 3 hours to confirm that the car was not sold and was on the lot. The person I spoke with said it was on the lot and my appointment was on the calendar. About 90 minutes into my drive, I receive a call from a salesperson telling me that the car was sold the day before (Monday). Apparently they didn't update their records properly is what I'm told. Mind you, I was told earlier in the day that the car was on hold for me and was ready for me to view it at my scheduled appointment. How this happens is beyond me as with today's technology, inventory updates are pretty simple to do. Considering they wasted my time, I advise you do not waste your time and take your hard earned money to someone else that gives quality customer service. Terrible dealership and terrible service.

I went to buy a new Silverado 1500 but I did not want to buy one with a 4 cylinder. The salesman Kylan Benson was absolutely awesome in finding a used 2021 with the same V8 my 2018 I traded in. Kylan showed me the 2021 with low miles and absolutely loaded with options. I could not tell the truck from a new one. Bill Walsh dealer is running a lifetime warranty on the power train. I bought the extended warranty with this truck so after the factory warranty id done I have 60 months or 100,000 miles plus lifetime on the power train.
