I contacted the dealership a week ago about a used car that was in stock. I made an appointment on a Monday to come see it on a Tuesday. I called the dealership on Tuesday before traveling 3 hours to confirm that the car was not sold and was on the lot. The person I spoke with said it was on the lot and my appointment was on the calendar.
About 90 minutes into my drive, I receive a call from a salesperson telling me that the car was sold the day before (Monday). Apparently they didn't update their records properly is what I'm told. Mind you, I was told earlier in the day that the car was on hold for me and was ready for me to view it at my scheduled appointment.
How this happens is beyond me as with today's technology, inventory updates are pretty simple to do. Considering they wasted my time, I advise you do not waste your time and take your hard earned money to someone else that gives quality customer service. Terrible dealership and terrible service. read more
