Not only did Schimmer not offer to deduct the cost of the repair of the camera from the selling price, they refused to do so even after I offered to still buy the car - minus the cost of the camera. They had my car for numerous days, set unrealistic expectations, missed a huge issue, my check engine light came in the day after it was serviced on a long trip. After telling them about the issue they missed, they were going to "make it right" and they have stopped returning our phone calls. They have now missed out on an entire family taking our business there for the next 30 years or so. If you're local go somewhere else, dealing with there servicing department alone is not worth it.

When I took it to ARS to get the work done my costs were almost $500 less than GM Chevrolet. Also saw that Chevy had damaged a lot of my fins on radiator when they replace Fan/Clutch. (I will deal with them!) The owner and staff are always friendly and ready to assist. They even had a loaner car for me. (As long as I had full coverage on my van)! Just topped off the gas tank! Bottom line-No one is perfect including GM Mechanics, but being honest, considerate, and giving a better labor rate than any other dealer or reputable shop is a winner for me!
