The purchase was "as is" so this was appreciated. I also heard there were issues with the engine type in the 2000 Eldorado I purchased, so I checked with the service department regarding the most recent coolant change and I purchased a flush and new coolant replacement. Finally I had purchased a new emblem for the trunk of the car online and asked them to install it. It was brand new. They installed it at no charge, but cracked the emblem and did not notify me. So overall i give the experience a "5" and given that I need to travel 100 miles for service, I'm guessing I can get "5" service closer to home. I have to give them credit for offering a link to yelp to provide feedback on their service. I just want to say that these guys contacted me and promised to resolve the issue. That's a quick turn around. If they do that for a used car purchase, I have to think that purchasing a new car from them is a safe bet.
